out of state buyer disappointed with service dept.

onSales and finance guys were great, very helpful and fair. Service dept. dropped the ball. Service record indicated that they changed the battery weeks ago but clearly was not done. That miss step makes me question if the oil change (in the same service log) was done . Just feel I can't trust the service record.
