We came into Orem Mazda and had a great experience! They made sure to go above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had, and were really kind. Sabastien Robbins was extremely helpful and awesome to talk with! He was really knowledgable and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. He didn't mind our kids being crazy either ha ha, he was really fun with them! We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. If you are looking for a great car and good customer service, I would definitely check it out.

I purchased a 2016 honda civic at this dealership. I was impressed with the dealership, vehicle and excellent price. The most important thing was my salesman Jarod. there are too many positive things to say about that employee . he was the greatest. if you go to orem mazda to look at cars, ask for jarod... i have gone to many dealerships and no one compares to this one and especially jarad ...

Great Buying Experience- Love our car!

We were looking for a small used convertible sports car, but instead fell in love with the Mazda MX5 Miata hardtop convertible. Jared White treated us with professional courtesy every step of the way. Top management and finance gave us a sweeter deal because of a relationship with our grandson, and all went out of their way to find the color and features we wanted. We were able to make a deal that same day and love our little sports car. It’s comfortable and fun!

Orem Mazda Misrepresented The Condition of The Vehicle.

Where to begin... I found a 2013 Mazda 3 on their lot via the internet. The car had a good price for the condition they were claiming it was in. They sent me an email saying the car didn't have any door dings (small dents). I flew down to Orem UT from Montana and when I got there there were 3 noticeable door dings. I got very angry with them because they misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. I did purchase the vehicle. I later contacted my credit card company (method used for down payment) and they investigated my situation and ruled in my favor, crediting my account for the down payment amount. I thought this credit came from some kind of insurance/protection that my credit card provided. Much later, Orem Mazda called me threatening to turn me in to a collection agency, etc. I guess the credit card company had taken the money back from Orem Mazda. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY OVER THE INTERNET. They will gladly have you purchase a plane ticket and then trap you with a misrepresented vehicle once you get there. You already have travel expense and they know that you are likely to purchase the vehicle or another vehicle once you have already paid this expense. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!

After receiving poor service from another dealership's sales department over several days, I called Orem Mazda and was put in touch with Kali'i Mawae. He immediately began working on my offer for one of their Mazda3 hatchbacks offered on their internet site. After several phone calls during the day, I drove one hour to the dealership and took one of their used cars for a test drive. Kali'i was focused, professional, and a refreshing change to work with. After some negotiation, I received an offer that was more than fair on a Mazda3 hatchback which I accepted. I was able to arrange financing and drive the car away 2 hours after arriving. Kali'i made sure that the car was fully detailed and cleaned before I left and is following up on a need for an additional key fob. Overall, a pleasure to work with Orem Mazda and none of the usual B.S. that I've seen at other dealerships. I can easily recommend them to friends and family, and I recommend them to you also. Two Thumbs Up!!

They Stepped Up

Found the car of my dreams there! Easy to work out the deal, they needed time to get the car ready as they had just gotten it in. gave them two days but ended up waiting another 2 hours once I got there to pick it up. Car had some issues they should've caught. They did come to my work (30 miles away) and took the car and made it right. Even got a call from the finance manager who had res hopped my loan and got a much better deal for me. Resigned the paper work when they brought the car back and it saved me $25./month, and even included an extended warranty in the new deal. Would refer them to friends and family! They went the extra mile even though I did have to originally push to make it happen.

I had Taylor Curtis as my salesman and he did an excellent job! Never pressured me into buying something I didn't want and ultimately helped me find my dream car! Orem Mazda definitely has my business from here on out. I recommend them for anytime you need a car and ask for Taylor Curtis! The whole staff were so helpful and nice! Way to go Orem Mazda! In searching for a commuter car, I searched several different dealers with several different models. My wife and I decided that the Mazda 3 was the right one for us. Alex let us take a car home after working out some numbers to test it out to make sure we liked it over the weekend. Found out we loved it, but wanted to see what our options were for a 5 door instead of he sedan. Alex and Aaron were great to work with to find the right car for the right price. Chip the General Manager got us the options we wanted for close to the price we wanted.

Slimy sales tactics? You bet! High pressure sales? You got it! Fast response to poor reviews? Super fast! Customer service... they lack that too! You'll regret your experience with Orem Mazda, but at least you'll like the car you're stuck with. Don't ask questions. Just sign the papers. You wont get an answer to the questions. Just don't ask. "What's the amount I still owe on my current lease?" you might ask. Don't expect to see the numbers. They will tell you "about" what you owe but miss the number by $2000.00 so it doesn't look as bad until they've got you sitting down to sign. Don't ask for a price reduction on the vehicle, they will just extend your loan terms to get your payment lower. NO, Orem Mazda! I don't want to be paying for the car for longer, I wanted you to lower the price like you told us you would. Seven times I heard my wife ask to see the paperwork for the lease we were in, and not once did we get a real number until it was printed on the contract. But after 5 hrs of chasing a toddler around your show floor, having questions dodged and knowing that the first time you were there to buy a car you got hustled leaves few options but to get raped a second time. As per your design. Four people confirmed that our first lease would not be a loss to us unless we did a "sell back" because "Mazda's maintain their value." FOUR!!! Including the sales manager! How convenient it isn't true after you're already stuck in a lease. We never would have leased the first time if they would have been honest. They would have gotten a sale, but not a lease. We asked them very specifically, (four different salesmen) we told them, "We drive a lot. Any time we get in the car it's a drive. It's a 20 mile round trip to the nearest gas station. High miles are expected. How will this affect the trade in value?" We were told, "It wont as long as you trade in or buy it, it will only hurt you if you do a 'sell back.'" Lies! And this was the same thing we got from all four of them. Four salesmen lied to us on paper, but not a damn thing you can do about it? That's not slimy at all! Tell them you don't want another lease because you drive a lot. Don't worry about it. They will still want you to lease. Tell them you want to buy. They will try to get you to lease. Tell them you want to see the invoice for the car you are buying. Don't expect to see anything. They will come back with something bogus like extended loan terms 15 minutes later, but because you've already been there all day and your child is screaming to go away and there's just no fight left in you and you know you're screwed, they've got you. You have no choice but to agree so that you can leave without losing anymore money on the car parked outside. Just don't expect anything but the stereotypical car salesmen experience. But good news, a bad review from your other half will result in a speedy call from the sales manager! Though don't expect any results from the call. Much like the missing key I was promised they would locate and get to me, their desire to help is as empty as their promises to lower the price of the new car to help offset that massive overhead you have because of the lies you were told the first time. They don't want a bad review though. "Bad reviews make them look bad." No... slimy salesmen make you look bad. Your inability to resolve issues makes you look bad. You're complete lack of service makes you look bad. Lying to get a sale makes you look bad. Giving me a bogus number to call you back on, makes you look bad. An honest review only makes you look bad if it's all true. So when you need a new car, you'll love your Mazda, but it's the last one we will ever buy. Thanks Orem Mazda for taking advantage of me and my family. Customer for life? NOPE! Had I only known what was going on behind my back while I was chasing my kid around, there would have been NO SALE!

Mike Kavros, sales manager, spoke with me and resolved the issues I had. He has gone to great lengths to rectify any problems that occurred and make sure that I am happy with my car and the dealership. If you give them a chance and have any issues, just let them know and the management and ownership will do their best to take care of you. And the CX 5 rocks!

I called on a used car was very excited to go see it and even told them I would put money down on it but they said no ,well the day I was going down to see it they called and they had sold it but they had a better one lots more money and then they were not going to give me what they said for a trade in..First car still online scam......
