Rattle fixed and leaky oil pan fixed

The service advisor was awesome. I had my truck looked at, at stonebriar. The dismissed it as a common noise. After just two days, Huffines determines there was a rock stuck above my muffler making a rattle. I will be going to Huffines from here on.

Still not fixed

My car has been at this dealership for 8 days, in multiple trips there and still has a software issue for going on 3 months. Was told they don't know when this issue will be resolved, due to my height, I need the backup camera, not to mention the bluetooth, radio, center screen, air control. Trying to figure out who to contact about fixing it asap or the lemon law. Do not buy from this dealership!!

These guys updated my Z06 magnetic ride and other software updates related to radio and dash electronics. The work was done properly, everyone was nice and the car was returned as found, no damage or dings!

I live in IL and found a 2018 that I liked online. Worked with Cauzell Tilleton thru details and was very satified with the outcome! Eric in Finance was very easy to work with and neither of these gentlemen were pushy or overbearing like some sales people can be. Cauzell answered all my questions, made sure the truck had the equipment I wanted on it. I flew down and drove it home! Love my new truck!

Actually, I knew what to expect (mostly) from the car and Pat (manager) and Masoud (salesperson) were both awesome in hearing what I was looking for and then delivering! I got a great deal on the car and was comfortable enough to buy it sight unseen since it was up north somewhere in some car shows. I discovered a scratch on the windshield that first night (it wouldn't really show unless the light was just right) and Pat/Masoud got me in contact with Richardson Auto Glass which came out in a few days and did an A+ job of replacing the glass at no cost to me!! I have stopped in a couple of times with questions and they have always been super helpful , even washing my car one time while getting my question resolved!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car as you'll get a great deal and be treated fantastic whenever you need to stop in for anything...

I purchased a 2017 Suburban from Huffines Chevrolet. Albert, Oscar & Eric were so helpful, friendly, and made everything about the purchase easy. Since I live in Pecos and really didn't want to have to drive that far, Albert met me in Abilene with my Suburban and took my trade-in from there. Wow! I just wanted to take the time to say how absolutely amazing Mr. O'Connor was to work with! Mr. O'Connor went above and beyond to ensure that my car and warranty issue were fixed in a timely manner which being 8 months pregnant was a huge deal for me. He was a very welcoming change from the previous customer service that I had received and made me feel like I was a top priority. I feel like everyone could learn a great deal from Mr. O'Connor and his approach to customer service, and if i could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Having a hard time fixing tire balance issue

Dealership has tried hard to fix an issue with what seems to be defective tires from the factory. '15 Silverado has been in 3 times now for the same issue, and while it is better, the issue remains. I have a vibration between 65 and 75 mph since day 1. After 1 failed standard balance, 2 Road Force Balances, and 5 days in the shop, the vibration is much less, but still noticeable. Dealership is trying, however it would appear there are defective tires from the factory, or some other issue that has not been identified with the truck. I give them a B for effort,but a D for resolution.

I worked with Jacky B. he was the most effiecient none pressuring salesman I have ever worked with I would recommend him to all of my friends, family co-workers just everyone. He was extremely knowledgable giving a tour of every area of the dealership. This is extremely helpful when purchasing a car you get to know everyone from each area. In the past, I have had a bad experience with a different Chevy dealership, so I was skeptical using a Chevy dealership again. This was the first time that I used Huffines Chevrolet of Lewisville to service my Equinox, and I am glad that I did. They were very professional and completed the work quickly and accurately the first time. In addition, their free shuttle service to and from my home was greatly appreciated. They even found a problem that I was not aware I had, and corrected it before it became a larger and more costly issue. I highly recommend Huffines Chevrolet for any of your vehicle needs, and I will continue using them in the future.
