I just wanted to take the time to say how absolutely amazing Mr. O'Connor was to work with! Mr. O'Connor went above and beyond to ensure that my car and warranty issue were fixed in a timely manner which being 8 months pregnant was a huge deal for me. He was a very welcoming change from the previous customer service that I had received and made me feel like I was a top priority. I feel like everyone could learn a great deal from Mr. O'Connor and his approach to customer service, and if i could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
