Having a hard time fixing tire balance issue

Dealership has tried hard to fix an issue with what seems to be defective tires from the factory. '15 Silverado has been in 3 times now for the same issue, and while it is better, the issue remains. I have a vibration between 65 and 75 mph since day 1. After 1 failed standard balance, 2 Road Force Balances, and 5 days in the shop, the vibration is much less, but still noticeable. Dealership is trying, however it would appear there are defective tires from the factory, or some other issue that has not been identified with the truck.
I give them a B for effort,but a D for resolution.
