    After a very bad experience at a close by GM dealership, I was pleasantly surprised and very relieved to be treated the way I was a Park motors. Lisa was incredibly professional, and your finance team handled my transaction perfect.

    Upon entering, my parents and I were immediately greeted by Lisa. After months of looking for the perfect vehicle (and months of dealing with salespeople that disregarded my budget, my “must have” list, and my opinions), Lisa was a breath of fresh air! She immediately took into consideration all of my thoughts and priorities and found the perfect vehicle for me. She pulled up a GMC Terrain up to the door for me to look at, explained all the features thoroughly and allowed me space to see if this was truly the car for me. I was able to test drive the Terrain and loved it immediately! Upon my return, I let Lisa know that I had a couple of cars to see at another dealership, but I would call her one way or the other. Lisa was very gracious and understanding of this. Ultimately, nothing compared to the Terrain and no one compared to Lisa, so I came back to Parks to purchase my Terrain. The purchasing process was quick, seamless and “pain free” compared to my previous experiences purchasing vehicles. Lisa explained in detail my GMC app, helped me set up OnStar, and answered all of my questions. It was truly an amazing experience!

    I always receive great service from this dealer's service department. My Trailblazer is 20 years old with about 105K miles on it. I want to keep her running and the dealer's service department helps me do just that!

    Parks motor sales sells GMC and Buick vehicles. They are going through an extensive remodel and it is needed but even with the old shabby outdated building they sell more GMC trucks than any other dealership in the middle TN area. They have a very loyal following and treat their customers fairly and with respect.

    These people are [non-permissible content removed] with a smile. We took our Buick Rendevouz to them 4 weeks ago to have a single sensor fixed in the transmission. They "fixed" sensor and gave car back to us sounding terrible. Blatant rattle in transmission with loss of power on inclines. We also payed for alignment and tie rods / Strut towers / Wheel Bearings. Car still vibrates, pulls to the right (worse now), towers and rods still creaking and popping. What did they fix? Every time I pick the car up (4th time) it sounds and rides worse! Now they are refusing to fix it and sticking me with a for all I know, a busted transmission! The owner Robert has no idea what is going on in ANY department. He practically mocked me on the phone while I voiced my concerns. Please avoid this dealership! They do not communicate, their mechanics are shady and their management is a joke. Fool me once.
