Experience Buying a 2015 GMC Acadia

onDealership was great to deal with and prices were very good. I had an issue with MD state inspection in that the tires didn't pass. The manager at Bergey suggested I go to my local GMC dealer to get their opinion. That dealer said they would not pass state inspection due to some dry rot in the treads. I spoke with the manager at Bergey's, who called the service advisor at my local dealership, and worked out a deal so that 4 new tires were covered. They stand behind their product, and I would recommend them for their competitive pricing, excellent service, and impeccable integrity.

onMy wife and I just purchased a Pre-Certified 2014 GMC Terrain from Bergey's. Our sales person Glenda Bergey Leatherman was a joy. She made the experience truly painless. She got the ball rolling prior to us arriving with the credit review/approval. With the financing already out of the way we weren't sitting around for hours. The entire process took maybe 2hrs total. Jay Kircher our finance associate was informative BUT not at all pushy. He laid out options to consider but NEVER made it life or death which I will always respect. Once all paper work was signed and completed Glenda walked the wife and I through the setup of the Phone system, SiriusXm, etc.. and answered any questions we may have had (again Professional Service from Beginning to End). I would recommend Bergey's to my family and friends, because I know they will be treated with care and respect. As another reviewer stated, if you want to purchase a car from a dealer who stands behind their vehicles, Bergey's is the place to go.

onThe price for the oil change was okay, but I used to take my car to Lansdale Chrysler before I moved to Souderton last year, and they never charged me to replace a taillight bulb...no labor charge and no bulb charge, so I guess I'll drive a little further and go back to them for my service needs....I also didn't get a call that the car was done until the second day they had it for an oil change.....seemed a bit long for a minor service....

onMy new 2014 Acadia Denali with less than 4,000 miles on it began making a whining noise and I was concerned it could be a potential issue with the transmission so I took it in to be checked, it was reported that the fluid level was low. The service personnel were all supportive and assured me that the issue would be resolved. The level of service I received could not have been better.
