Doug Marrs, in particular, provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top condition. • BAD Battery

4 out of 5 starsby Marilyn Ash on 11/15/2018

My one year old battery had to be replaced. Took over 4 hours and cost me $42.00. I still don't understand why it cost me anything or why it took so long. Also, I ask that my tires be aired up as they were all low. That did not get done. Just forgotten in the process of making sure the problem was the battery and not something on my car. But, the new battery is good and still has over 30 months on it.

I visited dealership and spoke with Lonny Barker. Rep was very understanding and statutes on task to meet my needs. Although I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, it wasn't for a lack hats work and dedication on the sells reps behalf. My credit is horrible, their inventory didn't contain what I was looking for.
  • UN SAFE WORKMANSHIP

I recently hit a large pot hole causing the motor mount bracket to break completely in two. I took my vehicle to Keystone for repairs. That night my son checked the vehicle to assure the repairs had been done. Upon looking at the underside along the car frame and along the belts and other parts of the motor, etc... he found the broken half of the motor mount bracket, over 5 inches long and about 4 inches wide. This item could have caused major damage to my vehicle or fallen under my car causing a tire to hit this item and hit another vehicle. I went to the Dealership in person to show them what was found and to explain how unhappy I was. The Manager (one of many) informed me it was not done intentional, and then asked me if I had never made a mistake. He said he would take the broken part and show them, I would not allow them to have this part because then I would no longer have any proof of this ever happening. The manager was not very concerned about this issue all had to say was nothing happened to the vehicle so no damage no harm. WHAT??? If my son had not noticed this part then there could have and the possibility was almost a 96 % it would have. I will not do any business with this dealer for anything. Which is a shame since they are about a mile from my home and with so many business's closing along with dealers going under, one would think they would be more courteous and concerned with keeping repeat customers. A repair today could lead to a new vehicle in the future. Not from them. If you have repairs done double check their work and ask ahead of time to see all old parts they replaced.

I recently had the nightmare of doing business with the people at this dealership. My wife and I traded in a Nissan Sentra and we drove a hard bargain to get maximum value for our trade. The floor manager was not pleased and sassed us on the showroom floor. The key to the vehicle had some tape on it, which the salesman assured us was not broken but for holding the "switchblade" type key closed. Upon removing the tape later at home the key assembly fell apart and cost $200 get get a new key made because of the computer chip in it. Fast forward 3 months later, my wife receives a letter informing her of a bench warrant for her arrest for unpaid tickets in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We have never been to Stillwater much less gotten tickets from there. We found out later that the dealership had sold the vehicle without making sure the Tags and Title were transfered. So the new owner is driving around accumulating tickets and getting warrants issued on my wife. Had we been stopped by the police for any reason my wife might have had to spend the night in jail. We called them and they said it was not their problem. If you want to go to jail for something you didn't do and waste your time and money fixing it, go to this dealership they'll fix you right up.
    • In the state of Oklahoma the tag stays with the car. Because of this it is important to keep the "bill of Sale" handy. Now to address ths issues concerning the tag not being transferred and your wife ending up in jail. I have contacted a law enforcement officer and read your letter. According to him a bench warrant would not have been processed for your wife. Tickets are given on the driver unless they are parking tickets, in that case a warrant is written on the vehicle. Talking with the Stillwater police to get clarification on how tickets are processed I was told that if a parking ticket is given, notice is mailed to the residence of the car owner. With in the week of the violation. From that point there is 45 days to respond. When no response is made a second notice is sent giving an additional 30 to 45 days. Once that date is passed then a bench warrant is processed and the car if caught in the jurisdiction will be impounded. Now since your wife was not driving the car that you traded in she would not have been pulled over for the warrant on the tag. My concern is that someone may have stolen your wife's identity. In that case you might still have issues down the road. The above title is the only way to describe Keystone Chevrolet. Not once in my life have I been swindled so badly as I have with them. It's moderately anticipated with many "buy here pay here" lots. However... with a "name" dealership? I think not. The staff is the embodiment of the term "crooked". I bought a vehicle from them a several months ago. In the first month I owned it, I was able to drive a total of three days because it's a lemon. I've returned it four times and had to stay on them persistently for three weeks to get anything accomplished. Since then, I've had other problems and contacted the service director. "Fix it yourself. It's cheaper than the gas to get here." That's what he told me VERBATIM. It's understandable that bad things happen. That's fine if they are willing to make it right. What's not acceptable is their overall incompetence, dishonesty, and EXTREMELY unprofessional overall conduct. Look at the reviews on this website or many others. You'll find a certain staff member stays VERY busy doing damage control and commenting on most reviews offering empty condolences to customers' grievances. Why would a dealership need that if it were nothing but random people "trolling"? There's a very obvious reason... isn't there, ma'am? CONSUMER BEWARE of doing business with this dealership. Hopefully if you're reading this, you'll have better luck than I did, or just flat out STAY AWAY.
