  • Friendly staff, not overly push sales.

    We had searched for Ford and Hyundai cars throughout northern and central Ohio. We decided on Graham due to their extensive inventory, competitive prices, and both Ford and Hyundai are sold there. We stumbled on the Accent GLS Premium we ended up getting simply because Jim Young (our salesman) saw us looking at a GS wagon out front. He invited my wife in from the cold so he could get an idea what she was looking for. As soon as she walked in, there sitting on the showroom floor was the grey unit we ended up buying. My wife saw it sitting there, and immediately asked: "What about this one here on the showroom, can I have that one?" Jim laughed and said "Absolutely!" We had come just an hour before closing, so we agreed and promised to return. The dealership promptly put a "sold" sign on the car so that other sales staff wouldn't sell the car. We returned two days later, signed the papers and since Jim had told us he was going to be out of town on the day of our return, Mike Nash closed the sales process and gave my wife the educational tour of her new car. Then much to our surprise, a month after purchase Mike and Jim sent us Christmas cards and well wishes. We love the service we received at Graham Automall. It was nice to buy local (we've always gone to Columbus or Cleveland due to better selections than Mansfield has to offer) and save a bundle of money.
