I had decided to take a trip to Lia ram and see what they had even though it is about an hour ride for us. I ended up finding a truck I was interested in and requesting some help with it. So I started talking to Antonio Tirino and working some numbers on the truck. He was very nice and personable. We ended up working out a number that was good for me! He took great care of me for the deal!

Service was good. Only issue was my vehicle was dropped out the night before for an early morning appointment. Did not hear from anyone all day until I called at 4:00 pm and was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet. Picked up vehicle the next day.

I had work performed that I thought was covered under my 8-year/125,000 mile extended warranty. Unfortunately my warranty had expired about a month prior to the work being done. I wasn’t aware of this and wasn’t happy but John Schroeder took the time to contact Mopar service and then explain the situation to me in a very professional and courteous manner. I was pleased with both the work performed and John’s professionalism throughout.

Freddy Estrada had my van diagnosed and a price for me quickly. The part is on order so not fixed yet. I presented a coupon when I brought it in. Freddy told me even if that expires before the part comes in I will still receive the discount.

Need both batteries replaced on my 2018 Jeep John S. was very helpful with taking care of the problem. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me a time frame to the tee. When he call the house to tell us the Jeep was fixed he was very pleasant to my wife. Great guy.

Outstanding and Honest Service

I had what I thought was an oil leak on our 2019 RAM. I called and got Gabby. She was pleasant and informative. She set an appointment that worked for us. From there, Freddy Estrada took fantastic care of us. He was up front about the process and what the situation might require to repair our oil leak. Later that same day, he called and informed us that no repair was necessary. Who ever did the last oil and filter change had let a large amount of oil drip on the subframe which took a while to make its way to a place where it dripped on our driveway. Clearly they had the opportunity to make a repair which I would have not questioned. All we needed was an oil and filter change. Freddy and the technician are honorable and trustworthy people who did the right thing. This is not the first time we had a great experiance at Lia CJDR. We highly recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle and bring your vehicle to be serviced.

My Experience At Lia Jeep

I had to bring in my vehicle in to get my tires changes, and the service department, particularly Brian Boston could not have been more helpful. They took care of all my needs and my new tires are great. I would definitely recommend Brian and Lia to others if the need should so arise.
