I had work performed that I thought was covered under my 8-year/125,000 mile extended warranty. Unfortunately my warranty had expired about a month prior to the work being done. I wasn’t aware of this and wasn’t happy but John Schroeder took the time to contact Mopar service and then explain the situation to me in a very professional and courteous manner. I was pleased with both the work performed and John’s professionalism throughout.
