Finance is slimy

I had the worst experience here as well! I’ve bought a 2021 Chrysler Jeep on February 24, 2022 and one month later march 24, 2022 Steve F from financing calls me to tell me he made a mistake on the paperwork and didn’t review it before We signed it and I owed them an additional $5000. Steve F the finance manager said I needed to come down right away and re-sign a brand new contract and pay them $5000. In the beginning of the conversation, Steve admitted his fault by not reviewing the paperwork and blamed it on the software stating that the computer said one set of numbers and the print out had another, but since he didn't read it, nor did anyone else, he didn't catch it. When I disagreed with that he then called me to tell me Brown’s would meet me halfway with $2500. I still said no. Then I realized when I started really looking through the paperwork that they added an additional thousand dollars to my original selling price. When I brought this up to Steve F he told his GM and magically they were willing to go down to $1500. This is complete craziness!Again I told them absolutely NOT going to do it! All of the paperwork was signed and done. Steve gave me the key and I drove away. Why would the finance manager give me the keys if I owed the dealership $5000? I have the title and my payments have even started with the bank. Since then they have been harassing me and now they are threatening to take me to court.

The WORST dealer in nearly 60 years

I was harassed by this Car Dealership Brown's Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram located at 483 NY-112, East Patchogue, NY 11772 (631) 289-8500 Particularly, Steven Figueiredo and Jonathan Ytuarte the sales people handling my purchase! I also complained to the owner Gary Brown and Dealer Manager Gary Burke to no avail! I FOUND THEIR PRICING ON THE INTERNET. HOWEVER, IT TURNED OUT THEIR LOW BALL PRICING ON THE INTERNET WAS FALSE AND SURE ENOUGH I WAS FORCED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AS EXPLAINED BELOW! They failed to deliver my new vehicle I purchased as promised and then continually failed on numerous other dates promised. Then they played bait and switch claiming the vehicle I was promised was a recall. I then was forced into another vehicle and the delays and games continued! They promised me it would be the same exact as the vehicle I wanted and agreed to buy! However, they failed again to give me what was promised and the new vehicle when I went to pick it up had NO XM Radio, NO TOW PACKAGE, NO gas in it, and the tires had IMPROPER air int hem causing all sensors to light up on the dashboard. They also FAILED to show me how the vehicle operates, no security gates, no assistance, just here are the keys and there is the vehicle. Pathetic people! I had given them all the information they asked for including the insurance cards etc... All of their false promises and delays created an insurance lapse causing the Dept of Motor Vehicles to issue me a violation notice. This caused many phone calls to my insurance company to repair and great risk of not being covered by insurance should I had driven the vehicle! This horrible handling of my new vehicle sale coupled with dozens and dozens of phone calls, many texts, emails, failed promised call backs etc.. from and to them and me being told by them to come to the dealership when the vehicle wasn't ready on numerous occasions was horrible, unprofessional, and undue hardship and harassment, a total waste of time and interruption in my business and personal life directly caused by these terrible people! After nearly 2+ months I finally picked my vehicle up after being told it was ready for pick up many times before which was untrue causing me to waste trips there and the vehicle was still not ready for pick up! I ended up taken the vehicle home in despair with no other choice without all the promised options on it. They then promised they would come to my house and make the additional repairs and modification promised months before. And of course, the drama and horrible customer service continued! They made many false promises they would come to my house to repair the vehicle as I was promised it would have been ready months before. After an additional dozen promises and dozens of more emails, texts, phone calls and false promises they finally repaired the vehicle and I am hoping correctly. Finally I thought this HORROR story was over with and now the security gates they finally put on the windows AT MY HOME AFTER NUMEROUS FAILED PROMISES and they are rattling and shacking! Unbelievable nonsense from these characters! Please take all appropriate action against these disgusting individuals and dealership and get me my owed $2,500 for the missing options and great interruption of my business! I WILL NEVER go to these horrible people again in this life, nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Our salesman, Tyler McGrann, was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness and found us a vehicle that met all of our expectations and some! He was not pushy at all and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Rich Rouse in finance was both witty and extremely knowledgeable. He patienly searched and created the best deal for us. Tyler and Rich made the process painless and even, dare I say, fun?!

These guys are amazing! Charlie Kennedy is an honest car salesman (if you can believe it)! There was no over selling and silly haggling games. Rich Rouse was great getting me set up with the financing that was affordable and right for me. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Hands down. I am super happy!

I buy new trucks for our company at least 1 or 2 times a year and I hate it. But today I stopped in and delt with Johnathan Ytuarte a salesman who knew everything about Dodge trucks and there options and specs of the different power trains and packages. After doing a search for my specific options we sat down and priced one out exactly the way I wanted it. In the end the new build came out less expensive than on on the lot After all of that my trade was too far under water to make a deal at this point but at no point did he or his manager ask me if I would sign the deal if they could get to a certain number. ( no pressure) even though we weren't able to make a deal today I will definitely bring my business back here. Johnathon it was a pleasure meeting you and thanks for all your help today. I actually enjoyed my visit to the dealership. I would definitely recommend you guys Neal Nagle

I recently leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Brown's Jeep and had an EXCELLENT experience. Let's just say if I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! The entire team, but specifically our consultant Kevin Diaz along with the management team, is very professional and really took all the stress and hassle of car buying and made it an enjoyable process. He worked extremely hard to make sure that my family and I were going to get into the vehicle we wanted at an amazing price. To top it off, they were committed to finding exactly the vehicle I wanted, and within 24 hours had brought it in, which we picked up on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend Kevin Diaz and the entire Brown's team and will certainly use them again in the future. I recently went to Browns to get a used car! I gave them high criteria of low miles, good price, good gas mileage as new as possible and a convertible if they could. They showed me many cars but nothing seemed right and I was hesitant to pull the trigger. Keith, Rich and Jim went above and beyond and found me exactly what I had asked for even though it wasn't on their lot and I am now the proud owner of a Fiat convertible! I love my car and am so grateful to them for their help and patience with me in this process! I highly recommend them! They are trust worthy and genuinely want to find you your perfect car! I have to say, my experience at Browns 112 was very pleasant. They didn't play the games that other Dodge dealers in the area did, and I got a rate/price for the Dodge Dart I recently leased that I'm very happy with. The salesman I worked with, Jeff Lewis, was extremely polite, knowledgeable about the car, straightforward, and easy to work with. Going through finance was also much easier (and quicker) than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to other people that are looking to purchase or lease a car.

I was hesitant about leasing a new car, but my sales rep, Jeff Lewis, did an excellent job at guiding me through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and guided me in the right direction. I can’t thank him enough for all the hard work he put into making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I currently own a 2011 Hyundai came to the dealer to check out a new grand Cherokee where I met a lovely gentleman by the name of Mel. He took the time to sit down and go over a few things with me, I immediately decided I wanted to buy the SUV. Mel was a great sales man strictly professional, took me for a test ride explaining to me all the details of the new truck. I am super excited my uncle David told me to come down to Browns where he also had a great experience. I am looking forward to driving off the lot today with my new 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. This was the best car buying experience, our salesman Mike Gedell went above and beyond to locate the exact car I wanted. He never tried to talk me into an in stock model. After locating the exact car he was always available for questions and even came in on his day off to finalize the sale at our convenience . I generally dont write reviews but this was well deserved!
