The WORST dealer in nearly 60 years

I was harassed by this Car Dealership Brown's Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram located at 483 NY-112, East Patchogue, NY 11772 (631) 289-8500 Particularly, Steven Figueiredo and Jonathan Ytuarte the sales people handling my purchase! I also complained to the owner Gary Brown and Dealer Manager Gary Burke to no avail! I FOUND THEIR PRICING ON THE INTERNET. HOWEVER, IT TURNED OUT THEIR LOW BALL PRICING ON THE INTERNET WAS FALSE AND SURE ENOUGH I WAS FORCED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AS EXPLAINED BELOW! They failed to deliver my new vehicle I purchased as promised and then continually failed on numerous other dates promised. Then they played bait and switch claiming the vehicle I was promised was a recall. I then was forced into another vehicle and the delays and games continued! They promised me it would be the same exact as the vehicle I wanted and agreed to buy! However, they failed again to give me what was promised and the new vehicle when I went to pick it up had NO XM Radio, NO TOW PACKAGE, NO gas in it, and the tires had IMPROPER air int hem causing all sensors to light up on the dashboard. They also FAILED to show me how the vehicle operates, no security gates, no assistance, just here are the keys and there is the vehicle. Pathetic people! I had given them all the information they asked for including the insurance cards etc... All of their false promises and delays created an insurance lapse causing the Dept of Motor Vehicles to issue me a violation notice. This caused many phone calls to my insurance company to repair and great risk of not being covered by insurance should I had driven the vehicle! This horrible handling of my new vehicle sale coupled with dozens and dozens of phone calls, many texts, emails, failed promised call backs etc.. from and to them and me being told by them to come to the dealership when the vehicle wasn't ready on numerous occasions was horrible, unprofessional, and undue hardship and harassment, a total waste of time and interruption in my business and personal life directly caused by these terrible people! After nearly 2+ months I finally picked my vehicle up after being told it was ready for pick up many times before which was untrue causing me to waste trips there and the vehicle was still not ready for pick up! I ended up taken the vehicle home in despair with no other choice without all the promised options on it. They then promised they would come to my house and make the additional repairs and modification promised months before. And of course, the drama and horrible customer service continued! They made many false promises they would come to my house to repair the vehicle as I was promised it would have been ready months before. After an additional dozen promises and dozens of more emails, texts, phone calls and false promises they finally repaired the vehicle and I am hoping correctly. Finally I thought this HORROR story was over with and now the security gates they finally put on the windows AT MY HOME AFTER NUMEROUS FAILED PROMISES and they are rattling and shacking! Unbelievable nonsense from these characters! Please take all appropriate action against these disgusting individuals and dealership and get me my owed $2,500 for the missing options and great interruption of my business!  I WILL NEVER go to these horrible people again in this life, nor will I recommend them to anyone!
