by Matt J on 08/01/2025Bought a used car from them ~6/15/25. First off, there is like zero coordination between sales and finance. Finance told us one time, sales told us another; the result was us waiting for ~3 hours in their show room to leave with the car.… The worst part was finance "played with the numbers"- her words, to get a warrantee on the car. Inflating the cars value with banks to earn the warrantee. She seemed more concerned with selling the warrantee, than getting us the car. We were told the warrantee would cost ~$40 a month... turns out it's wildly more expensive, to the tune of ~$116 / month for 60 months. Essentially doubling the price of the car we were buying. Bank denied the loan because they inflated the price so much to get the warrantee. Trying to get the person on the phone from finance, was like pulling teeth. I left multiple voicemails with no returned calls days later. Called like a dozen times, to get them on the phone. Ridiculous. Also they did not fully address the open recalls on the used car which I was told would be done. When asked they said I could bring it to any Toyota Dealership to have those recalls addressed. RESOLVE THE RECALLS PRIOR TO THE SALE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WASTING YOUR TIME. Just go somewhere else honestly if you want less hassle, so many excuses.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car

From the test drive to the purchase of the vehicle it was a pleasure. I would recommend this delalership… anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.corolla performs poorly and unstable on turns at 65 miles per hour
by KimGeraci on 06/07/2018Please please ask this dealer to take the car on the highway for at least 10 minutes of 60 miles per hour and above . I was unable to drive this car on the highway and thus this is why my review is negative. I was only given the… opportunity on a side street for 10 minutes and no faster than 30 miles an hour. IF you do highway driving think twice about purchasing this car.My car was sold out from under me...!
by PBeeNik on 08/13/2016What I thought was going to be a good buying experience turned bad overnight. Had located a late model Toyota at this dealership, came to agreement over the phone during the day after being assured by two staff members that the car was… still available, received a purchase order via email for confirmation, gave a credit card deposit over the phone, and arranged to pick up the car the next day. Living in DC area but already planning on trip to CT, it would work out perfectly. But I received a call the next day saying that the car was sold to someone else by the "owner" (Mariano??). I already had turned down an offer for my trade on a private sale to trade this in, and cancelled a rental car I was going to use for the trip to CT to visit family. Livid, I called and spoke to Liam the Sales Manager, who cooly apologized but seemed unaffected, and gave me the impression of 'sorry but it happens - I'll call you if we get another in'. How a car can be sold at a dealership 'early in the day' and the sales staff continue to show it as available is beyond me, but it sounds below board. If you're thinking of purchasing from here, unless you physically see your car on the lot with a "for Sale' sign on it, don't risk what I just went through. And I was a HUGE Mariano fan too..........!Amazing Staff and Service
