I found a pre-owned car at DeLacy and found their price to be inside the Kelly Blue Book range. I found their offer on my trade-in to also be in the KBB range. Both salesmen I worked with were friendly and one of them was particularly savvy with the technology in the vehicle. I feel comfortable recommending this dealership

Bought a super clean Preowned vehicle today @ DeLacey Ford. Salesman’s name was Ralph.. test drove 2 cars .. had enough information to make an easy decision and car is in my driveway TONITE!! I also had a question about the engine on this vehicle and Ralph brought it right into the service garage and was looked at by a service employee. I appreciated that .

My wife and I were interested in leasing a Ford Escape SE model. We had previously purchased a Ford Fusion from Delacy Ford and were happy with the experience and service. After shopping at other dealerships we found the customer experience, sales personnel and pricing to be very competitive with other dealers in our area. So the decision was easy to make this purchase from Delacy Ford.

Some of the people were great here, especially the person who sold me the car. The manager Matt was super off putting towards my family and made me feel uncomfortable. At one point he told us we were making him stay late and that annoyed me. I got a great car from them though.

This our 3rd vehicle purchashed fromDe Lacy Ford in Elma. Joanne S. had remebered from previous conversations that i desired to purchase my first truck. Unfortunatley this was out of our reach as far as monthly payment. We had received a letter in the mail stating it may be beneficial to turn the car in early. So we went to see Joanne. Long story short we now have a great 2017 F 150 xl sitting in our driveway. As long as Joanne is empployed by De Lacy we will continue to lease our vehicles from them. Sincerely, Tim and Diane Weston

First time customer at Delacy Ford. Bought a used 2013 f150 and was treated like I purchased a new one . Everyone that I had to deal with from my first contact (Melissa) to my sales person (Kevin D) along with Pat H. were wonderful. I would highly recommend stopping here before purchasing a Ford at any other dealer.

High prices and Rude

My wife and I went in to DeLacy Ford looking at leasing a new Escape Titanium or buying a used one .I decided to try this dealership because I had recently had my 2015 F-150 KR in for warrenty work in their service department and was very happy, I thought the helpfulness I found in that department would also be in the sales department. Boy was I wrong. At first things started out fine, our salesman Todd Slade showed us a couple models we were interested in and let us take one out for a drive. At any rate when we sat down inside to talk numbers he came back with something absurdly high, as if I were looking to lease a 50,000 dollar vehicle. It became clear that either he wasn't going to budge off this number or it was going to take more work than I was willing to put in, especially since we knew our options and were willing to just go get a better deal at another place. This could have been the end of it and I would have been fine, just business. As my wife and I were trying to politely get out of the show room Todd tells us to hold on so he can get his manager or somebody in the used department. Once again this was fine except after looking through inventory on the lot my wife and I were not interest. When they asked what we were going to do I simply explained that we had been looking at other dealers/makes/models and we knew of something very comparable to the Escape in options and trim for a lot less money (All these cars were around 35K, apples to apples.) Todd then makes a comment saying "You should check out the Kia dealer across the street because their cars are really cheap." His manager looks at me and says "That was a zing, in case you didn't know." So I told them both I knew and that when it comes times to trade in my F-150 in a couple years for new one it won't be there and my wife and I left. We then went to Towne Ford right down the road and got the exact same Escape with the deal we wanted right away with no hassle. I have no idea how DeLacy stays in business with their high prices and rude sales staff.

Ken Blaszyk was helpful without being aggressive or pushy. he was respectful and gave us time and space to make our decision. He helped us get a great loan and gave us awesome advise on repaying it. He told us what work the car needs and they did repairs and replacements as necessary and super quickly.

This is the 5th car I have purchased from this dealer. They have been around forever, same family what does that tell ya? Great selection of cars and truck huge showroom and service department. The staff is great and know the product ! (most of the staff have been there for 25 years +) As for the product, at Ford I feel that you get a lot for your money. One stop and drive it home, its worth the ride!

Bought a new 2016 Focus and salesman affixed a temporary registration the next day. Thought this was odd since the dealer already had 24 hours and most dealers can either print their own or get it within a day. Almost SIX WEEKS later and STILL no registration. I called the dealership for assistance since I was leaving on a road trip and would be in West Virginia when the registration was going to expire. They were of no help, in fact, Jennifer became rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me mid-sentence! Patrick the sales manager contacted me the next day and must have thought I was stupid and tried to blame it on the DMV. Beware!
