The best car shopping experience ever!
by scherny64 on 10/26/2015I came to Ray Catena Land Rover to look at the Range Rover sport and as a female it's quite intimidating. Women get the notion that people don't take you seriously when it comes to car buying. However that was not the case for my… experience... I had an awesome experience at this dealership! all because I had a great sales/leasing consultant working with me. I got lucky and got partnered up with James Mull. He is hands down the coolest, nicest friendliest guy I've ever dealt with, he's the real deal. He is truly someone who will make the whole car shopping experience comfortable, painless and a super smooth efficient process. He understood my needs and was able to get me what I was looking for. He is someone clients will follow because they know he a genuine, and great outgoing person. He answers all your questions, patient and is super super efficient. Thank you Ray Catena Land Rover for having such a great asset, James Mull in your organization. If it wasn't for his hard work, efficiency, and kindness I probably wouldn't have the Range Rover Sport right now. I Highly recommend James Mull as your sales/leasing consultant and this dealership if anyone is looking to sale or purchase a vehicle. (all the other dealerships from my experience weren't as attentive and friendly when I walked in) Schern Yung, NYC
