X6 purchase on march 29th

I did not like the pressure from my sale associate when she notified me on Tuesday afternoon that car had arrived and she suggested I should try to be on a plane the next day to Las Vegas to take delivery’s of the car by Friday. I understand the need to deliver before the end of the month and the end of a quart the end of that week. But I ended up having to cancel family plans I made for the Easter week so we could be there by Saturday evening to pick up the car. It would have been much easier to schedule a flight to Vegas if your vehicle tracking app told us more than the vehicle was in transit for 3 weeks. If I knew how close the vehicle was a few days prior to delivery, it would have been much easier to schedule a flight earlier that week and meet your quick turn around request. Base on not knowing the vehicle was even close until Tuesday afternoon. The following Tuesday would have been more convenient and easy to schedule flights around the Easter holiday week end. Other than that minor detail, this was still a 5 star experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful through the entire process.

Easy to make a scheduled service appointment. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive. Work is done well, and the video sent by the technician showing what work is being done is a great feature. Car is always clean upon pick-up. Only downside is that there is always a light that hasn't been reset. I was given an apology and restitution for the inconvenience of having to figure it out myself, so I don't hold it against them. I purchased my car here and have had all service done here.

At BMW of Henderson, Savana is the best!

Everything is A+ there, unfortunately they have a loaner shortage or just a lot of service orders and the loaners are always out. This creates huge issues as my servicing usually takes a couple days.

Service was done on a timely manner. Car very clean on return. I did not need daily reminders that I had an appointment. Or notified daily that I needed an appointment once I made one. Even got service needed announcements after being serviced.

BMW recall service

Service center was a great experience. Kyle answered all questions promptly and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my car. The video inspection walk through with the service mechanic was next level, recommended what needed to get done next. Loaner vehicle was an X3 and got to drive and get to know the advancement that the newer model featured. Can't brag enough how great the service experience was with Kyle, felt taken care of throughout the whole process.

Best Auto Purchase Experience

Purchased a 2021 Lexus RX-350 from BMW of Henderson, while trading-in our 2016 RX-350. This was easily the best experience we have enjoyed buying and selling. Fantastic experience with BMW EV purchase

Great experience from the moment we pulled onto the lot. Everyone we met was very helpful, yet not pushy. Our representative was very knowledgeable and helped choose our dream car. Communication throughout the delivery process was clear and accurate. At delivery our representative and her team took time to ensure we knew everything about our new i4 EDrive40. We left with our new vehicle happy and excited.

This process was easy. Ray made the process fast and smooth. I have had negative experiences with car dealerships and was not looking forward to what I thought was ahead. Have always had good service at this location. The team there are very good about explaining what will be done on my car and what eventually "is" done and why...as a widow this helps me to not repeat the reason for bringing in the vehicle in to them in the first place if it's a repair. They also underline the importance of regular Maintenace to keep my vehicle on the road. All in all a win, win!

I honestly despise going to dealerships but I’m so very thankful that I came to BMW of Henderson. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly but I also got the pleasure to meet and be assisted by Kyle, Raymond, and James. They made my experience so amazing! New Lease

Leased a slightly used car which I am happy with. Sales person was accommodating and had good communication, but the finance person was not helpful and basically questioned me if the car was really for me and let me walk out twice. Had to come back three times to finally close the deal and it only worked because a different finance person was on duty who was willing to work with me. So it depends on which finance person is working that day if you get a deal or not which I found odd. Should be guidelines and not up to their personal attitude on any given day. Good luck the right person works the financials the day you walk in! Otherwise good experience. And low pressure environment.
