Dealership Sales Review
I did not like the pressure from my sale associate when she notified me on Tuesday afternoon that car had arrived and she suggested I should try to be on a plane the next day to Las Vegas to take delivery’s of the car by Friday. I understand the need to deliver before the end of the month and the end of a quart the end of that week. But I ended up having to cancel family plans I made for the Easter week so we could be there by Saturday evening to pick up the car. It would have been much easier to schedule a flight to Vegas if your vehicle tracking app told us more than the vehicle was in transit for 3 weeks. If I knew how close the vehicle was a few days prior to delivery, it would have been much easier to schedule a flight earlier that week and meet your quick turn around request. Base on not knowing the vehicle was even close until Tuesday afternoon. The following Tuesday would have been more convenient and easy to schedule flights around the Easter holiday week end. Other than that minor detail, this was still a 5 star experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful through the entire process.
