Horrible service

Complete lack of communication

This is the 2ns time I've had my vehicle serviced at Dodge of Burnsville in the past couple of months. The first time, all was fine. This second time was a complete disappointment. I had serious communication issues with the service department and that continued with the general manager of the store. I still have yet to have my 3 phone calls and 2 emails acknowledged or returned. I will think twice before returning for any service or vehicle purchase form here forward. The fact the general manager doesn't even return a call or email shows me where the problem starts, and it ends with the ends. If the general manager has total lack of communication, how can the rest of the staff be held to any sort of standard? Very disappointing and a shock this type of issue exists at such a well-respected dealer. Sad to see the decline in accountability and standards. I clearly wasn't valued as a client.

2016 Durango oil/filter change

I had my oil and filter changed on my Durango. When I left I also notice the dealership also washed the exterior of the Durango and dusted off the inside dash too. Very nice!! A1 service!!!

Burnsville Dodge Service

The Burnsville Dodge service department is ok. The last time I got an oil change, it was not completed correctly and consequently I experienced multiple large oil leaks onto my garage floor. Things happen. No big deal. Jerry, in the service department made it right for me and that's enough. I would recommend the service department. On the other hand, having purchased my Ram truck at Burnsville Dodge, I certainly would NOT recommend them to any of my friends or acquaintances. The UConnect remote start, which was an additional expense (and would have been greatly appreciated during the cold MN winter), never worked, not even once. Even after repeated attempts to fix the issue, this function would not work. Consequently, I requested that the dealership reimburse me for the expense that was buried somewhere in a $795 Optional Equipment Package. The Manger was sympathetic and tacitly agreed, but delayed long enough that it was clear the reimbursement would not happen. Admittedly nice people all around, but they do not stand behind their product. BUYER BEWARE. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT BUY FROM BURNSVILLE DODGE.
