Complete lack of communication

This is the 2ns time I've had my vehicle serviced at Dodge of Burnsville in the past couple of months. The first time, all was fine. This second time was a complete disappointment. I had serious communication issues with the service department and that continued with the general manager of the store. I still have yet to have my 3 phone calls and 2 emails acknowledged or returned. I will think twice before returning for any service or vehicle purchase form here forward. The fact the general manager doesn't even return a call or email shows me where the problem starts, and it ends with the ends. If the general manager has total lack of communication, how can the rest of the staff be held to any sort of standard? Very disappointing and a shock this type of issue exists at such a well-respected dealer. Sad to see the decline in accountability and standards. I clearly wasn't valued as a client.
