I have been a customer of Lexus Southfield for six years, and I have always had a wonderful experience. Recently, I leased a new ES350. Although I loved the car, there was no navigation system. I tried using a new system, where your app could act as your navigation system. I was extremely frustrated that I was having these problems and I had begun to regret getting the car. Shortly after having the car, I received an e-mail from Russ explaining that my sales person was no longer there, and could there be anything he could help me with the new car? I was in the hospital at that time, and I did e-mail Russ to let him know about my frustrations with not having the navigation system on my new car. I explained that I would like to create a win/win situation. Russ was absolutely wonderful in handling this situation. We were able to switch cars around, and I got my beautiful car with navigation, and now I could not be happier. Russ came to the hospital for me to sign the necessary papers. I call that going way beyond excellent service, I call that building relationships with your customers. I call that being in touch and caring if your customers have had a great experience or not. Russ lifted worry from me at a time when I was flat on my back in the hospital, and I will always be grateful for his kindness, and willingness to go out of his way to make sure I am happy with my new Lexus. Great Experience

We received a phone call about swapping in our current lease for a new vehicle. We ended up bringing both of our current vehicles in and were able to get brand new cars for a better deal! Our sales person Ryan was great. He was extremely helpful and nothing but professional and courteous the whole time we were here. This dealership has never let us down. What a great experience. We are definitely "lifers."

every slippery sales tactic in the book

I test drove car while deciding on which make to buy. Decided on Lexus and found 5 cars on their website. Asked for pricing buy only got the runaround. Then told I would only get pricing if I came back in and put down deposit. Car I wanted wasn't in stock and again, they refused to put forth any effort for a dealer trade or tell me what was planned for arrival until I put down deposit. Wouldn't answer the most rudimentary questions on the financing. It was all just one high pressure tactic after another. Beyond unprofessional and not in keeping with a luxury brand. I went to other dealer, they located the car I wanted and went out of their way to close the deal. Two weeks of back of forth with Meade of Southfield was complete waste of time. Don't buy from them.

Meade Lexus is a top dealership

Have dealt with Meade for over 20 years, and they have never failed to deliver a fine experience. I live 250 miles from the dealership, and they bring my new car up to me, and also come up and give me a loaner if there is a recall or need for a serious repair. I have purchased 11 new vehicles from them and value my relationship with them.

Me and my family had nothing but high quality from the sales person and entire company. The sales person did not play no game but just gave us bottom line and most help they can. And the vehicle and product was excellent. I can go on an on about how good they are. But i am glad to find a dealership with class.
