Love Ha Parrinello!

I just purchased my 7th Honda from Ha. My purchase experience with Ha is always a 10. She never lets me down. She works extremely hard to give you an Awesome Honda experience each and every time. The awesome Honda experience does not stop when you drive off the lot. It continues with service and anything else you might need. Ha is always there. Ha is very transparent and honest. Ha is simply "The "Best"!

Wonderful New Car Buying Experience

This was our first brand new car, and the dealership experience was excellent. Even though we were only buying a compact car, and didn't have the best credit score, the entire dealership was helpful and friendly to us. They kept working, until they found an even better deal than thought possible. I will definitely recommend LaFontaine to anyone that I know, who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Business experience was very good with regard to financial matters. All numbers discussed before purchase were laid down on the paper contract as verbally agreed before signing. Trade-in values were discussed and a negoitable figure was arrived at by management in a very timely manner. Small details involving second chip-key availability were not discussed untill after sale. This was somewhat remedied by senior managements okay for a free oil change and a favorable finance APR on 5 years of 2.26 % for a used 2011 Ford Ranger. I highly recommend this dealership with standing by their perferred customers.

Salama treated me very well. Explained everything thoroughly and did not rush me, however, got me out when I needed to. I also appreciate them driving my old car home, while I drove my new car home. They even filled my gas tank. My gas gauge was on low and was not planning on purchasing a car that day. Was going to get gas on my way home.

Our first inquiry for a car from Lafontaine Honda was answered by Ha P who turned out to be the most pleasant, courteous and honest car sales person that we ever talked to. Over the phone we gave Ha the features of the car that we were looking for. She promised to call us back and she made good on her promise. Ha called us back to inform us that she found a car for us in the color that we wanted and that it was in stock. She also gave us her honest price. So we went to the Lafontaine dealership on Telegraph Road in Dearborn to look at the car. The car was already prepped for delivery when we arrived at Lafontaine Honda. The rest was truly a no-hassle deal all the way. We finally met a car sales person that we enjoyed working with. Ha also worked real hard to make it possible for us to drive the car home that same night. Even though we did not get any free oil changes similar to what that other dealers offer, we are still happy to recommend Ha and her dealership to our friend and relatives. Ha P is an outstanding and a model sales person. Ha is truly a great asset to the Lafontaine Honda dealership.

Buyer Beware: Tried to scam over $5000

These folks are scamming buyers with low trade in prices. They tried giving us a trade in value of over $5000 less than published trade in values. When we pointed it out, the manager came over and said they couldn't do business with us. Their purchase prices were $1000-2000 higher than other dealers on the same vehicle. We are looking elsewhere.

Needing to purchase a new vehicle (first one ever), I entered LaFontaine Honda with high hopes. After attending the North American International Auto Show, I set my sights on a 2013 Honda Civic. I was not disappointed. Working with Tonya S. was a great pleasure. She is a credit to her position and went above and beyond all that I expected. She went that extra mile to help me acheive my dreams of again owning a Honda vehicle. If there was a higher rating than a 5, I would have chose that. I would without hesitation, recommend LaFontaine Honda to all of my family and friends who are in search of a new vehicle.

Contacted several dealerships in area and Lafontanine Honda was the cheapest (by several hundred) on my 2013 CRV. Very friendly staff who work well together at ensuring you get the best deal. Dean was my sales rep and would easily recommend him to others.

They scam you to make a trip to their dealer by quoting a low price!

My experience with the LaFontaine dealer has been the absolute worst. They quoted me a price over the internet and I confirmed the price with them over the internet and over the telephone indicating that I do not want to sit at the dealer wasting my time. I also asked them what kind of inventory they had, and they reassured that they had a big inventory so they asked me to come in. When my husband and I got to the dealer, they had one exact car we were looking for and the price they promised us on the email was a scam. They said the sales person quoted on a wrong model when the email clearly had it written that it was for the 2009 Honda CRV EXL 4WD twice! In fact, I asked Cynthia Roof re-confirming the price and she gave me a yes letting me know that her manager, Don Poley was the one who gave her the price. What was more insulting at the dealership was that Don Poley who is the manager of the dealership attacking at our ability as a consumer. He was questioning how we could have believed their email when the price was lower than other dealers! Why wouldn't you go to a dealer when they quote you the lowest price? If they cannot sell the car at the price promised, then they should not take all your information. They took our social number, license, and all the other personal information and made us wait all afternoon. Then they came back telling us that the price was a mistake. I really question their ethical ability to do business. I advise you to not get caught in their scam. They lie, scam, and take advantage of you!!!
