Scott was anazing. Best customer service I have had at this dealership in years. If I had to deal with Angela again I would have not returned for service on my vehicle. The service manager needs to take very seriously the lack of respect I… was shown by her and see the stark difference in the way Scott handles his customers. Have him train your younger staff. It is ridiculous how badly the current under 35 year old staff is absolutely clueless about true customer service etiquette. I have been a customer for many years. As long as Scott is in the Service department I will be back to service my Honda at Herb Chambers in Westborough.Ms Koch, thank you for sharing your feedback. Reliable service

Came for a recall repair. Parts were ordered and got call to schedule repair. Able to schedule time. Came in and was told that it may take 2.5 to 4 hrs and ot took about 3 so within range. Car was cleaned from the outside and looked in same… if not better condition inside.MJ, we're glad to hear that your recall repair experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough was smooth and timely. First Time Car Buying Experience!

This was my first time purchasing a car and Paul was very patient with car test driving as well as any questions and concerns we had. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2025 HRV which took some patience as it was being shipped from overseas… but, Paul was very good about keeping me updated and communicated with me consistently. I think it was worth the wait and I'm very happy with the car! Customer of 8 years, never again - stay away from this service center

Came in for a head gasket replacement, took my business elsewhere after they quoted 7 hours more than any other surrounding Honda dealer, and charged $199/hr when others are competitive at $160. On top of that, their parts quote was $300… over any surrounding Honda dealer AND they misplaced two of my valve stem caps during the “multipoint inspection” New service manager is a hack and running this service center into the groundService

This dealership is quick and efficient. The total hours I spent were less than five- and this included picking up the vehicle. I bought a 2024 Honda Civic Touring. I’m in love with it. The salesman, Ara, and the financing associate,… Adele, made my experience actually pleasurable. I sincerely do not like buying cars. They have certainly helped change my perspective and will be recommending Herb Chambers, and the two aforementioned associates to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Honda.
