Super positive experience

My wife and I just leased two Acura MDX 2020. Thad Hogan was our sales representative. We are repeat customers as we were very pleased how helpful Thad was when we first leased our car in 2017. Thad is very informative both about the car technical specs and features as well as about financing. Our visit to the dealership has always been a positive experience.

Above and beyond my expectations

What seemed to me 'above and beyond' service is the normal order. Paul, my sales coordinator was professional. He showed me the car I was interested in, explained the advantages of CPO and started the process. Picked up the car the next morning registered, inspected and plates xfered. Courtesy, information and no hard selling. An excellent experience.

Best experience of my life in buying new auto

I went into negotiation to buy an Acura RDX with a certain amount of trepidation as buying a new auto for me has always been emotional if not a downright ordeal. Then I met David H. and all my fears were soon a non-issue. No pressure; No hidden agenda;only positive responses to my questions and truthful statements. No BS. During my lifetime, I must have bought in excess of 15 New cars, and in most cases a very contentious atmosphere was prevalent. However in this episode it was enjoyable. Acura of Peabody and Dave H. were terrific. How many times does a auto purchaser request that the salesman go to lunch with him. Never, I bet. Well in this case, I liked Dave H so much that I offered to take HIM to lunch, he politely declined as he was busy, but this only goes to show that I really felt comfortable in buying my new auto from him. I recommend Dave H and Acura of Peabody without any reservation whatsoever. Paul z

Saw the car I was interested in on line. Booked appointment on line. Arrived and waited briefly to meet Steven Ashe. We went on a test drive. It was not the normal, around the corner, test drive. Did highways, back roads, winding curves, etc. Had done my hw before so I knew the car was priced very well. I was focused on my trade. They were quick and came back with a good first offer. Said no go until I get at least X and they agreed. Financing actually was easy too. Had my rates lined up before hand. They were able to match through programs they use which made it easier for me. Put down a small deposit and done. Although it was pretty straight forward, it did take a while. Arrived at 11:15 and did not leave until close to 3. Should have been quicker in my view but not Steven's fault. He was waiting on others from what I could tell. Picked up the car 4 days later and again, took longer than it should have and they had not installed the automatic car starter, which was annoying but they will make the installation easy with possible pick up at my work, etc. However, what I found to be most helpful was the detailed lesson on the car's features from Steven. I had had an RDX and I think they guy spent 5 minutes tops and just kept telling me it was all in the book. Steven took me through every detail and had me try it after he showed me how. There was a lot but I felt good with the basics and not having to literally read the book to get started. He paired my phone, set up voice command for my usual calls, set up the radio for stations on FM and a.m. just to avoid the static if you hit am by mistake, Srius, pandora... he did it all. Excellent, straight forward and honest guy. I will use him again for future purchases and I certainly recommend him highly.

My purchase of or a 2011 Toyota for my wife let me tell you talk about customer service this place rates 5 stars from our sales with Jerry Dunleavy to the finance office and then Zack who went above and beyond to take care of all the issue we had which were very minor but Zak never question one thing just took care of it so that would not hesitate me to buy another vehicle or tell my family and friends to purchase 5 star rating

My wife and I went into the dealership to look at the 2019 RDX. We ended up getting an even better deal on the 2019 MDX Tech SH-AWD thanks to Mark. No high pressure sales pitches, always available to answer our questions, and they even brought our new car to us after taking care of the registration. I went into this dealership to test drive a used Honda Cr-V. It had already sold, but the sales rep, Thad Hogan, suggested I test drive a 2009 Acura TL. After I took it onto the highway for two minutes, I knew I was going to buy the car. During the purchase,Thad took care of everything. The transaction was smooth. This dealership was so different from the ten plus I had visited in search of a vehicle. Even though the cars sell themselves, here you are dealing with top notch professionals with great personalities. Highly recommend.
