Above and beyond my expectations

What seemed to me 'above and beyond' service is the normal order. Paul, my sales coordinator was professional. He showed me the car I was interested in, explained the advantages of CPO and started the process. Picked up the car the next morning registered, inspected and plates xfered. Courtesy, information and no hard selling. An excellent experience.
