    From the minute I walked in to the dealership and shook hands with Matt I knew I was in the right place. Matt and everyone in the dealership went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted and was happy with it. I was made to feel that my Purchased was important to them as it was to me from signing the dotted line to delivery. Would send anybody there who is looking for a good deal and good people to work with

  • Wonderful Car-Buying Experience

    I recently had a wonderful experience leasing a new car at Commonwealth Motors Nissan. I traded in my 2014 Kia Cadenza for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. The salesman, Hector, first asked what I was looking for in a vehicle-every detail, down to the color. Once we narrowed down which model might be right for me, he made sure to have me test drive the different vehicles in that color so that I could "see myself in it." Once I decided on the Rogue SL, I was offered refreshments while Bob, the finance manager, worked up some of my financing options, and someone simultaneously did a value estimate on my trade. After discussing my options, I decided to lease, and returned the next day to finalize the paperwork, which was a very simple process that took about 90 minutes in total. Vladimir was sure to explain to me what I would need at the RMV and Town Hall, and reminded me to give my insurance company a call (such things can slip your mind when you're excited about a new car!). Before I left with my new Rogue, Hector demonstrated all the bells and whistles, and set up my Bluetooth connection. I love my new vehicle and could not be more satisfied with my car-buying experience!

    The sales representative, Hector Almonte, was a huge help. He made the process seem like a walk in the park. The timing and flexibility of hours made it convenient for me to pick up the car. The financial advisor, Daniel Tawitian, was very informative with my financing options. My experience was very pleasant, but thankful it is over. I have beautiful new car that only took a small amount of time and work to get. There was small amount of sales pressure which I did not expect. If I was to buy another car again I would look at Commonwealth Motors.

    Went in looking for a car but unfortunately it was sold the day prior. Met Mr Peterson and was pleased with the help he provided making the overall car buying experience very easy. He was great to work with an understood what I came in to see told me it was sold but offered to show me something that was just as good and he was right. I rolled out of there with a 2016 Toyota Camry and am very happy with it just under a week later. Went back yesterday to get an inspection sticker and was in and out within 30 minutes. The service department overall was great, very nice people.

    I had an excellent experience with Commonwealth Nissan. Anthony helped me find the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Braham helped me find a perfect loan to pay for the car! and I was driving my car by the end of the week. Anthony also recommended a car insurance that was very informative and had a great deal.

    We worked with Roy Mazraani at Commonwealth Nissan and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Roy was very patient with us as we asked to test drive several vehicles. We did not intend to make a deal the day we went in, however, all of the folks at Commonwealth worked very hard to earn our trust and our business. At the end of the day, we signed a new 3 year 36,000 mile lease and could not be happier. I look forward in the future to be dealing with this dealership again.

    My sales associate Jovel was extremely helpful and made the entire process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Nissan and Jovel to any family or friends. I'm looking forward to my new vehicle and to returning to Commonwealth Nissan when my lease is up.

    After having an extremely back experience with Kelly Nissan I decided to try Nissan out again based off the fact I really want the Nissan Versa Note and went in to Commonwealth with the mindset that if I was not treated properly I would be picking a completely different car. We arrived and were quickly greeted by Michael, our energetic sales associate. I was out right with him that I was looking to discuss numbers and had a bad experience with Kelly Nissan and pretty much wanted a straight forward visit to the dealership. Michael still took the time to completely go over the Note with us. Insisted I take a test drive again. Michael was great he answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer right off the bat he would speak to Bobby to obtain the answer. Lets just say because of Michael's attitude and willingness to explain/assist made my decision so much easier. After signing papers and coming to an agreement, Bobby came over and made sure everything was fully explained to us. He let us know that this was Michael's first sale! I was in awe along with my boyfriend. Jokingly before making my way to finance with Jeff, I said to Michael that I hope my car comes with a big red bow on it (like the show room cars for the Christmas in July sale). Michael assured me he would do everything in his power to make this happen. Finance was a cake walk, Jeff explained everything and assured me he would follow-up the next morning with an e-mail to tell me my financing with the credit union was good to go. By 10 AM I had an e-mail from Jeff stating I was all set and was able to pick up the car next day. Michael unfortunately was tied up when we arrived and I met with Jeff again to sign papers and then was greeted by another sales associate who brought me to my car. To my surprise, Michael had decorated the inside of my car with tiny christmas bows. Thank you Michael for going to the extra mile. Congratulations on your first car sale and I'm really happy it happened to be me.

    We recently returned to Commonwealth specifically because of the positive experience we had with Joval Ortega. This past fall my husband purchased a used vehicle from him, and when it became apparent I needed to replace my minivan, there was no one else we wanted to work with. We found Joval to be equally as adept and pleasant to work with when leasing a new vehicle, as when we purchased a used vehicle. He was honest, and it was clear that his colleagues respect him as we leased a Honda and it was a seamless transition between buildings and staff. He answered any questions we had and his follow through was commendable. Commonwealth has found lifelong customers in us as long as Jovel continues to work there!

    I have recently leased a 2015 Nissan Sentra S Model, the help from Hector was by far the best customer service I have ever seen. This dealership is a very friendly and kind place. The vehicles are top notch and up to date with the "can't beat" prices. Very recommended to everyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

    I was very satisfied with the service I received from my salesman Hector and the finance manager. I was able to lease a brand new 2016 vehicle with no issues. After being turned down at another dealer just 2 days before I was nervous about making this deal but Hector was able to help me with no problems. I highly recommend him and the Commonwealth dealer. Very happy customer.

    I contacted the dealer to inquire about a registration sticker that should have been changed when the car was purchased. I was told that it would take a day to resolve this. The next day, I received a call from such called manager FRANKLYN VELOZ giving me information that was different from what I requested and what I had previously explained. I tried to explain the issue one more time however; this MANAGER kept talking over me and I said: "this is not helping me," and hanged up the phone. I received a call back immediately from this person, yelling at me for hanging up, I was appalled by his tone of voice and his reaction as this was a behavior unexpected of a manager. My husband overhead the conversation and proceeded to talk to this manager where of course, my husband did what every husband would do if they note that someone who is supposed to be providing assistance to a customer, is instead yelling and being extremely rude to his wife. This manager called a third time with the same attitude. Treating me as a customer as if I was either begging for money or as if I owed him the fact that I have a car and he is paying for it. Because of his obnoxious tone, my husband continued to say I will go to the dealer so you could say that in person and his response, of a manager, who is supposed to have a touch of professionalism was “I am here waiting for you." Can you imagine this interaction with a store manager, sales rep whatever the title is? I went in person to the dealer trying to voice my concerns and this same manager comes to me and begin justifying his behavior; with the same attitude and not showing a sense of customer service skills, non-apologetic and has the nerves to tell me that he is the only one I could talk to, and that if I wanted, I could wait seating there all day. He kept talking as he walked away in the same rude manner that he was on the phone and the worst part, as a very arrogant person who has no idea how to treat people. Victor Jimenez tried to mediate however; he ended up leaving as well as my disgust with this incident was affecting his job. According to these people, I, as a customer needed to understand the manager's reaction and by me, as the customer who was offended by this [non-permissible content removed], needed to just seat and take it. I then went across to Commonwealth Honda where I originally purchased the car and saw the sales person who was nice enough to remember me from the day I purchased the car and easily understood what I needed. Still, I asked to talk to someone higher up and Brian Hesser comes in after I requested to speak with him in person since it was not my intention to go over this on the phone. This person kept looking for reasons to basically blame me for what happened justified the behavior of his manager stating that he doesn't know and that there are no consequences for his behaviors. After listening to him, I noticed that it was a waste of time. I feel sorry that this manager, Franklyn Veloz is allowed to treat people like nothing and gets away with it. I feel bad for those who because of the language barrier are not able to advocate for themselves allowing unprofessional, obnoxious, arrogant and staff with no manners to be at a job where interactions with human being is required. This is my first and last experience with this dealer and I will make it known to others as this type of behavior towards a customer is unacceptable. You need to train your staff to learn to work with people as "you attract more bees with honey than with vinegar" This website doesn't allow me to rate it but the rate is for sure TERRIBLE for CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRIENDLINESS is of course 1 because Zero is not an option.

    I was dreading looking for a new car, but mine was 14 years old and in need of repair. I am a senior citizen and my daughter was with me. We met Hector Almonte, told him that we were just looking that morning. He showed us a 2015 Nissan and a 2016 Honda. The next day, I decided on the Nissan. I really liked that I left the first visit with the sales price without the trade-in. (Deducted at sale). Both Hector and Marshall Daniels, Business Manager made sure that I understood every figure, what it was, and how it affected the final price. There was no push to buy immediately, and I was encouraged to take whatever time I needed. I highly recommend Commonwealth Nissan.
