This being my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham was incredibly easy, from selecting a specific vehicle to closing. The vehicle I chose was a 2017 Lexus RX350 F-Sport having 42K miles. I was assisted by Marcus Karam (Sales Manager), Sammy Loji (Sales/Leasing Consultant) and Joe Sullivan (Finance Manager). I must tell you, if you want to have a great experience while shopping for a reliable and luxurious car ask for Marcus Karam. As a recent graduate and a new professional I was looking for a car that is reliable, up to date with technology, luxurious, and affordable. Marcus convinced to purchase the new 2021 RX and I love it!!!!! He spent time explaining all the features of the car and showed me how it worked including setting up the Lexus perform app. I highly recommend him!!!

This is my second lease from this dealership . There are many Lexus dealership near my house but this team is worth the drive for sure . Lets start with sharing the excellent customer service I have received during my previous lease .Thank you This time our salesperson Eric Barbosa was very low pressure, friendly, and responsive. Mr Johnny Saghbini Sales Manager went above and beyond expectations to make my experience seamless. Finance manager Vitor Duarte with his friendly attitude helped me throughout process .He answered every question quickly . This is my 4th lease (IS 300 F-Sport) from Herb Chambers of a total of 5 Lexus leases. This was the best experience!! Spent months haggling with another dealership for months playing numbers games. Decided to try getting a quote online with Herb Chambers in Hingham. Didn't expect them to flat out offer me what I was seeking online. Generally they try to get you in person. Cheryl Swanton was the perfect online liason. Had ZERO pressure. Received quote very quickly. Eric Millar the manger contacted me to be certain they would work out the numbers. All I had to do was visit dealership to finalize. Not only did they keep their word on price offered, when I got there, the quoted price was LESS without my asking!! The entire process of signing papers with Joe Sullivan was super quick, easy. In and out in 45 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND any HERB CHAMBERS. I've had great experiences with them. This one was FLAWLESS. They make leasing a breeze!!!!! Got what I wanted without the aggravations. THANK YOU!!!!!! 10 STARS!!

I am very grateful that Ryan called me to give me a heads up on my mileage that I have on my lease. He let me know what my best options were to avoid a high fee at the end of the lease term. These days we are all very busy and its nice to know someone has your back. Instead of running up my miles, Ryan put me in a new lease, which actually lowered my payment! My experience at this showroom was a breeze. I scheduled to arrive 30 mins before closing time to test drive the vehicle. William Than was still extremely courteous. He made sure to explain every single aspect of the car patiently before test driving including warranty, specs, Carfax, etc. Then we went for a test drive. He was very transparent about the whole process from the start and didn't budge from the asking price. Claimed they don't bump up the price and give discounts. But it seemed like a good deal and a good car so ended up putting a hold on it about 45 mins after closing time. Overall I was pleased with the experience at Lexus of Hingham and picked up my car in two days. Would definitely recommend checking out.

I recently went in to get a major service on my 2011 Rx350. I ended the day by purchasing a 2014 RX350 with more than two thirds less mileage. I bought my last Lexus at the Sharon location 2-1/2 years ago. George Sarkis was the sales manager and helped with a very positive sales experience. Last week I went in to the Hingham dealership for servicing. George is now here as General Manager. He recommended a resale to an absolutely pristine vehicle with very little mileage and only a few bucks more than I was paying. George helped to make this purchase and trade-in one of the best sales experiences I've had.

I'm giving a 5 Stars because Marc our salesman and Joel the finance guy took great care of me and my family. They were very patient as we were buying multiple cars. They walked us through the process and made sure that we understood what was going on at all times. Although we already knew which cars we wanted to get, they still advised us to test drive them to ensure that we actually liked them. They worked with us to get us the best rates possible and to stay within our budget. We were able to get 4 cars from there in 3 days which is amazing considering all that has to be done to get each car ready. We had our puppy with us and the staff were so friendly to him and they had dog snacks for him. My family and I had a great experience at Lexus and I would recommend it to everyone.

We started our search for a small luxury suv with this dealership and the Lexus NX 200T. We also looked at Audi Q3, BMW X1 and Mercedes GLA. Dave Richmann, our salesman at Herb Chambers was excellent, as was the rest of the team, George, Lauren and Vitor. We drove 2.5 hours to see a used Lexus RX 350. We talked to them the night before about it to make sure it was still there. A woman checked to make sure it was at this location. They even called to see if we were still coming in the morning. Once we got there, we were informed they sold it yesterday morning! They showed us a beat up Lexus instead that didn't have anything the other one had. Huge dent, multiple scratches. No trust. If you're far, don't waste your time! Bait and switch! Brian didn't even seem to care that it happened. Bad customer service. Very disappointed. Also after our long car ride home, we noticed it was still on the website so we called to see if it was available. Of course it is! Don't trust them.
