Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham

My experience at this showroom was a breeze. I scheduled to arrive 30 mins before closing time to test drive the vehicle. William Than was still extremely courteous. He made sure to explain every single aspect of the car patiently before test driving including warranty, specs, Carfax, etc. Then we went for a test drive. He was very transparent about the whole process from the start and didn't budge from the asking price. Claimed they don't bump up the price and give discounts. But it seemed like a good deal and a good car so ended up putting a hold on it about 45 mins after closing time. Overall I was pleased with the experience at Lexus of Hingham and picked up my car in two days. Would definitely recommend checking out.
