Buying a car used to be a hassle. Not anymore!! Our salesman, JP Hunt, went above and beyond to make sure we found a car that we loved and could afford. He made the process so easy and even worked around our work schedule. JP Hunt cared more about our financial situation instead of his sale. He spent many hours of his own time finding ways to save us money. He not only saved us a ton of money on our new car, but he called around to different insurance companies to save us money on our car insurance. We started looking at a 2015 Kia Optima and ended up leaving with a brand new 2016 Kia Optima Hybrid. Due to all the money JP Hunt saved us we were able to get the car that we only dreamed of having. Not to mention, we traded in a vechile that we were upside down on and still was able to have a brand new car with our monthly payments staying the same as what we were used to. We want to personally thank JP Hunt and the rest of the team at Car Town Kia for making this car buying process easy and affordable. We will never buy another vechile anywhere else. Purchasing a car used to be a hassle. Not anymore! I have purchased my last two cars with Car Town Kia and will never go anywhere else. Our salesman, JP Hunt, worked for nearly 2 weeks to get us in the car we wanted for our price range. I was looking at a 2015 Kia and ended up leaving the lot in a brand 2016 Hybrid for the same price. JP Hunt actually cared about our financial situation instead of his sale. He worked around my work schedule and pretty much brought the sale to me. I cannot thank these people enough for all their hard work and my beautiful new car!!

Lawrence Washington and Adam Richey are two of the finest gentlemen that took great care of me when purchasing my new 2015 Kia Sorrento. These gentlemen have excellent customer service skills. I was so pleased that they both took their time helping me fine the vehicle that I really wanted and showing me from A to Z all the features of the Kia Sorrento. Delt with Chris p and he was great. Was very informative and helpful but once we started trying to get a payment we could afford Ryan (he addressed himself as the general mgr but come to find out he's not) came down and made us feel like we were the lowest forms of life. Talked about how much money he had and couldn't understand why we couldn't afford a $500 payment. Botten line I will NEVER buy anything from this place and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Wonderful experience. Tom R was a great salesman and got us exactly what we wanted in a new car without any hassle or any questions. Adam R was wonderful in the finance department and got all our needs worked out and kept everything within our budget. They were excellent to work with. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and each purchase has been very positive. I have financed the vehicle from the dealer and from my Credit Union. I believe if the buyer goes in aware of what they are seeking in a vehicle and they find it at the dealership they will do everything they can to put you behind the wheel. My last purchase was in January 2012, my Sorento was delivered to my house, sparkling clean and with a full tank of gas. About 6-8 weeks after the car was delivered I received a check for $500.00 which came from an additional re-bate from the Mfgr, which I did not know about. I appreciated the honesty, it was totally unexpected and I am sure not all dealers would have sent the extra money to their clientele, especially if it came about after the sale. After buying 4 different cars from this dealership, I highly recommend them.

I went through an extensive car comparison and price search from October 2011 to January 2012. I researched 5 similar Models from 5 Car companies. I wanted to pay cash with no trade in and shopped for the best deal. The Optima, Accord, and Sonata were hard to decide between. The experience I had with two of Car Town Kia's salesmen was the deciding factor. Chad Williams, with help from Alex Shahin, were knowledgeable about the Optima as well as the competition. They answered my financial and technical questions without hesitation. I told them my price range and made 1 trip per month to each of the dealers to check out the new inventory. My wife and I test drove several cars and finally settled on the Optima EX. They called me in January when a model within my parameters arrived. I was very pleased with the price, honesty, and the service rendered by Chad and Alex and recommend this dealership highly.

I purchased a KIA Optima from Cartown KIa. I was shopping around other vehicles and prices and I came up wwith a price range I could live with. They called me on a friday afternoon saying they could beat any price anyone offered. They originally offered me 10k for my truck. When it came to numbers time they reduced the price to 7k. This should have been my first red flag. I gave them an acceptable payment I could live with for 60 months, well it turns out their low payment was for 72 months. In hindsight I should have walked out of the dealership but I really liked the car. I realized that the dealer quoted me a cheaper rate for the car earlier in the week for 60 months in writing. I showed this paperwork to the manager. He basically called me stupid. So buyer beware get everything in writing. They will promise you the world and not deliver!!!

I just purchased a vehicle from this place. I was told i was approved signed the contract and drove the car off the lot. They called me back 4 days later said it was not approved but they had got it approved through somwhere else with a better % rate. I went down signed the papers and then they told me my % rate went up 10% and my payments would be alot higher. I tried to give the car back they said i could not get out of the deal. I also traded in my old car which i still owed for. They still not have paid that off it has been almost 2 weeks. The people out at CARTOWN KIA OF NICHOLASVILLE were rude to me. Come to find out the loan still has not been approved, the car lot told me that if the bank did not approve it this time that i had to come up with the full amount of the Vehichle. There should be a law passed to where car lots can not do this to people. CARTOWN KIA OF NICHOLASVILLE IS A RUDE PLACE AND THEY ARE A BAD BUSINESS, THEY WILL SCREW YOU ANYWAY POSSIBLE. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VEHICLE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE RUDE AND THEY LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL HURT YOU IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO GET MORE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

After my wife purchased a used 2007 ford Escape I discovered that Kia only provide 1 key to the vehicle. I called the sales man 3 days in a row and was told each time that he would contact the previous owners to see if they had the 2nd key and get back to me. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from the salesman or the dealership. I have since had to purchase a new key from the Ford dealer at $93.00, that's right $93.00 for a single key. I guess customer service ends with the sale at Cartown Kia. Yes I am upset with having to pay for the key but am more upset that the salesman did not have the decency to even call me back. I have spent my last dime at Cartown Kia.

I bought a car yesterday from Cartown Kia. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was doing business with them. I had delt with [another dealership] for 4 days on a 2007 Pontiac G6 and got down to agreeing to purchase and the salesman threw me for another loop. Fustrated, I was told to try Cartown Kia. I decided to go have a look. Lots of nice used cars....but most of all the salesman. Leonard Lawson sold me the same Pontiac 2007 Pontiac G6 with less miles than the one I'd looked at earlier at Courtesy for a better price and the payment that I needed. Get this! IN 3 HOURS!!!!!! WOW! Amazing. Leonard wasn't at all the typical guy you picture when you think of a car salesman it was like talking to a good friend who was upfront and honest with me right from the start. Thank You so much Leanard for making my car purchase so easy. I look forward to doing business at Cartown Kia in the future. Also, I want to thank Gary in finance for making signing paperwork so fun.
