Horrible dealership
by Staceyjo on 09/02/2017This dealership is the most disrespectful and rude company that I have ever dealt with. They sold me a severly damaged vehicle and claims that I did the damage. I am a disabled veteran of 11 yrs and learned to drive while stations in… Germany. I had purchased 4 vehicles prior to this one and never had any problems. I went to discuss the matter with the General manager and he spoke to me as though I was worthless. I explained to him that there was damage initially on the vehicle that they repaired however, when I spoke to him about the body damage that could not be seen underneath the front bumper and axle he more or less said I did it. I explained that in all of my years of driving I have never had an accident, ever. He soon started to tell me that I was someone he had problems with before. I explained to him that I didn't even know who he was. He soon told me matter of fact that he didn't even want to deal with me. I had to do a double take because I couldn't believe that he said this to me. He furthermore went on to tell me that I could leave his office now. My husband who is a minister had to speak to the manager in such a way that I felt as though we were in the guidance counselors office. Now my depression, anxiety and mood are so disturbed I don't know what to do. And to add insult to injury when I told him that I served 11 1\2 yrs in the military and in combat he said " yeah, thanks for your service". That in and of itself is an insult to everyone of my brothers and sisters who have served aborad. DO NOT Patronize this dealership all service members beware.Deceptive
by christians on 06/24/2013updated 07/04/2025If you decide to go to Little Apple cars, buyer beware. All they want to do is close the deal. And don't look for them to lower the price on any of their cars. "Take it or leave it" and "You should feel privileged to buy a car from us" is… their general attitude. Got a question for your salesman after you close the deal? Good luck getting an answer. Ignoring the customer at that point seems to be the norm.Great experience!

He seemed to understand that buying a car can be very stressful, and tried to make it fun. I will be sure to refer all my… friends and family to Jarod, and Little Apple, for a great car buying experience.
