My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner From Legends Toyota in Kansas City, KS. We worked with Sean Trapp and Ren Patterson and I have to say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. When Sean walked out to greet us I thought okay, here we go again with another pushy car salesman, can we not just look without them being all over us, but it wasn't like that at all. He was great to work with and not the least bit pushy. In all honesty it felt more like hanging out with an old friend who was trying to help us find the right fit for our family and nothing like dealing with a typical car salesman. I can't say enough good things, the experience was second to none and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had contacted / visited a few dealerships before speaking with Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross at Legends Toyota. I had never bought a new vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer every question I had and I very much appreciated it. They never pressured me and told me that when I was ready they would be there to assist me. I of course ended up buying my vehicle from here. Here were a few of the reasons I chose them over other dealerships: 1) I was asking for an aggressive out the door price, they gave me the absolute lowest price possible right away. I contacted other dealerships I had spoken to and gave them the price quote that they gave me and all the other dealerships refused to even come close. 2) Customer service, like I said above they exceeded expectations. They always answered my questions and they would even reply back to my emails at 10pm. I don't think many other dealerships would do that, to me that is going above and beyond what is expected. 3) Their staff, I mostly dealt with Casey and Charlie but everyone I had spoken with was very helpful and knowledgeable. In the end I have no regrets purchasing my vehicle from them. I will most likely be looking to replace another vehicle in a year or two with a new one and I will absolutely be buying my car from here. Greg was very responsive to what we were looking for and willing to provide the service we needed! Overall he was very pleasant to work with and sought to meet us where we were at with quality and price to accommodate the business. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle through Greg, which speaks even more to his customer service and the desire to rate him positively. The reason we did not purchase had nothing to do with Greg or the dealership but rather proximity to home. I would certainly deal with Greg in the future!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Went to the dealership with my wife and 2 young kids and I felt very welcomed during the entire duration of the car buying process. I was extremely satisfied with the car buying process. I went in with a price in mind and they were able to accommodate that price without making me feel pressured or anxious during the negotiation process. After we negotiated twice, they actually came back the third time and gave me the car for a few dollars less than what my original offer was. That may not be much considering the total cost of the car, but it gave me a feeling that they were also trying to establish a relationship with me versus just trying to sell me a car. Highly recommended and fully satisfied!

This is my second time buying a car from this dealership. I have been thoroughly impressed with their commitment to customer service. They treat you good from the time you step out of your car until the time you pull off in your new one. Jeff C. was the dealer I worked with and he helped me make what I think is a great decision. He was knowledgable about the 4-Runner and made sure I knew what I was getting. Although I was reluctant to get away from my FJ Cruiser this is a great vehicle. They make sure you are completely satisfied and unlike most car buying experiences this one is not painful at all. Making service appointments are a piece of cake. Bottom line check these guys out before making any decision elsewhere.

We had a great experience here. Ask for Ray K. He saw us through from start to finish, without all the "showbiz" things you get from most places. He also called a few days after to make sure we didn't have any issues or questions. As with any car purchase, do some research on everything and make sure it's all lined up the way you want. Once that's done, go talk to Ray and he'll get you set up in the vehicle you want. We had questions about what some things meant and Ray was very helpful in answering them. Because I'm a skeptic in everything, I double checked the answers I was given....they all checked out. Now I know I can go back to Ray for future car needs without worry. We got a 2014 Highlander and traded in our sedan. The Highlander is awesome! Lots of room, drives really well, enough gadgets to make things useful and fun but not complicated. The XLE worked out well for us because they have features for kids and dogs. GREAT experience! Thanks Ray!

We found a very impressive certified pre-owned vehicle online, and communicated with our salesman Chris R. through email. We scheduled a test drive for a Sunday afternoon and the vehicle was parked and waiting for us outside the sales office when we arrived. We did our research before arriving at the dealership, so we made Chris' job pretty easy. That said, he was very personable, professional, answered all of our questions, and made the process as painless as possible. We never once felt pressured by anyone we dealt with at Legends Toyota. Overall our experience was very positive, and we would deal with Chris and Legends Toyota again.

Ray was such a hard working salesperson. We told him what we were looking for and what we could afford and he met all of our expectations and then some! We walked out with a beautiful truck that, even 7 months later, we still love! No regrets car buying experiences are hard to come by, but Ray made sure we got what we needed, wanted, and were not going to end up car poor. We couldn't ask for a better person to do business with!

Recently purchased 2014 Highlander. Had contacted 3 dealerships via internet. Went to closest dealer first, but they had no cars to test drive and were too busy to help us. Went to next closest and did a test drive. Loved our salesman, but he only knocked off 1500 from the price and wouldn't budge. My husband was making a deal on the exact same car in another town when Aaron C. emailed me. I told him what we were doing and asked if he could beat the price we were working on and he immediately emailed me back with a lower price on the exact same vehicle. We committed to the car and picked it up a few days later. Aaron was extremely helpful and knew everything about the car. The finance process was painless and we appreciated not getting the hard sell to buy additional packages. We ended up with the vehicle that we wanted and paid $2750 less than list price.

My husband and I visited Legends Toyota over the weekend. We had planned on a test drive and not much more at this point. Sharrieff was great! He allowed us to take our time looking over all the cars and managed to beautifully walk that fine line of being nearby but not suffocating. Our test drive was really nice, he was well educated on the Camry SE and showed us some features that differed from our Camry XLE. We were still hesitant to buy that day but after chatting with Sharrief, and quite a bit of laughter, the service and the price was just too good to pass up. We traded in our Ford Taurus and it was a smooth negotiation. We then went off to see JaVan. By this time they were closed for the evening. JaVan explained the ins-and-outs of extended warranties and services to the letter and we never felt rushed. We were so happy with the service we received and the price of our new Camry, we returned the next day and traded our 2012 Camry XLE on a new 2014.5 (yeah that's right 2014 and a half weird right?!) XLE. After a lot of looking, Sharrieff (who must have the patience of a Saint to want to deal with us again) took us on our 2nd test drive and it was like riding around with an old friend, it was the most fun we have had on a test drive ever. He is not only smart but super funny! We requested to work with JaVan again and once again he was informative and explained our contract to the letter. His professionalism shines. Bottom line...go here visit Sharrieff & JaVan. They are great to work with, they will educate you on your new vehicle, the warranty and just brighten your day! Thanks so much to both of them for giving us an awesome car buying experience!

My wife and I had recently bought a brand new Toyota Rav 4 a couple of months ago. Now the Rav 4 is a great little SUV, but we ended up needing something with more space, more power, and a tow rating. We decided to look at a Certified Used Toyota Highlander. We went with used due to the price point we wanted to stay within. While looking at the Toyota Highlander, Steve came out to the lot and greeted us (which was a great start since there was a bunch of snow and ice on the ground plus it was like 15 degrees out. Steve was the only salesman outside...). Steve got the keys and let us check the Highlander out for a bit and then we went inside, warmed up, and talked about our situation. Within minutes, Steve started pulling our info and working a deal within our comfort zone. We were able to make a deal within a couple of days, which was a very reasonable amount of time for me. The deal would have been faster had my wife and I been able to make it in sooner, but my work schedule was conflicting. Daryl worked hard to get all of the finances in order and took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the paperwork. Daryl had been our finance manager previously and we had an equal experience that time too. On the purchase day, JaVan did the paper signing with us. Within 20 minutes, we had the papers signed and carried on in friendly conversation. During the whole buying experience, my wife and I were completely comfortable at the dealership. Legends Toyota always maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance that is comfortable for kids as well. The kid's zone is awesome. Steve is an awesome salesman who listened to what my wife and I wanted/needed and he worked hard to meet those needs to include keeping me updated on the process while I wasn't there. While my wife and I were waiting for the paperwork to be ready, Steve made sure my kids were OK, offered to get us something to eat/drink if we needed it, and talked with us. Steve is a great salesman, family man, and a consummate professional. I have already referred a few people to go see Steve and my wife and I are going to have a few accessories bought and installed on our Highlander in a couple of months (Steve took time to get the prices and info for the accessories we want instead of just telling us go to talk to parts and service.....THANK YOU!!!) My wife and I will be back to work with Steve again. Steve, thanks for all of the help. We absolutely love our Highlander, it is the PERFECT vehicle for our family. Next time I'm there for service, or if I am just in the area, I will come in and say hello. Take care.

Having purchased several cars over the years I have come to hate car shopping, however my recent experience with the people at Legends Toyota was very pleasant and straight forward. We were looking for a used, preferably certifird, FJ Cruiser. We had done our homework, had test driven a few FJ's at other places, and knew what these were selling for etc. In about an hour, including test drive and their evaluation of our trade in, the people at Legends Toyota offered us a fair price on the FJ and for our trade, and with minimal negotiation we reached a deal that we felt very good about. I would strongly recommend giving Legends Toyota a look when buying a car.
