Came here looking to lease a Carnival or Telluride, Juan was the sales person who helped me, showed me both vehicles on different trim level during test drive visit. Other people on the sales team were also very helpful and great support during the follow up process and working with me on finding a vehicle and lease agreement that met what I wanted. It was a pressure free, easy going experience and I’m happy with the vehicle so far!

Let’s face it, Edwards Kia isn’t going to impress you with a fancy building and “smooth-talking” salesmen (women). They are bare bones, with no gimmicks, and want to get you into a car. The salesmen I’ve worked with over the years have went above and beyond to make deals with me. They will call, text or email (even when they aren’t at work) to communicate information and get you into the car you want. We have leased 3 cars in the last 2 years because of this work ethic. Luis (sales manager now) worked a couple leases for us when he was on sales and he’s one of the best. Down to earth dude who still remembers us when we walk through the door. I don’t like most sales managers but he is genuine and humble. The most current lease deal we just made was worked by Brandon. He reminds me a lot of Luis and is a super nice guy who’s not pushy. He will work hard to make your requests known and be honest and upfront. I recommend you ask for him on your next car deal. Thank you Luis and Brandon!

Be prepared to not pay window sticker MSRP. We looked at a brand new Sorento with a sticker price of $41,700. They tried to tack 5,000 on top of that claiming a premium price or some b.s. Definitely wasn’t impressed or satisfied. I have bought 4 cars from them and will probably not be buying a 5th. Plus side is they give you top dollar for your trade and the sales staff is friendly.

Hung Up On by Rude Worker

I had my car towed here for diag and when I originally made the appointment, the people I spoke to were very helpful and clearly communicated what I needed to do. However, the next when I called for an update (Tue. Aug. 2nd) the worker, Brooke, was very rude and told me she "has no idea whats going on." So, she took my number and told me they would call me back. Four hours after that initial phone call and almost 7 hours after my appointment time, I called again for an update. After being on hold, Brooke again answered and said they were just now looking at it. I started to ask when I should come there to pick it up and she hung up on me! Luckily, and the only reason I'm not giving one star, the two younger employees working Wednesday evening were very nice and helpful, told me exactly what I needed to do, were efficient and competent. I'm thankful my experience ended on a positive note.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Nathan Ryan and his manager Luis Tafoya! When i mentioned any concerns, Nathan and Luis were quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most car lots. Nathan and Luis are very personable and made this a very enjoyable process! They also worked with me when the price was a little out of my budget. Definitely coming back here again. I recommend Edwards Kia Of Council Bluffs to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a new car!

I'm very unhappy with Kia Nissan truck.. I was on phone with a salesman and he told me I could trade in my car for a truck but lied and tried to sell me a lemon . And his boss came out and got rude to me and said u don't tell us what ur payment will be. We tell you. I said am I supposed to pull it out of the air , I will never be back and I would walk before I buy a vehicle from Kia .. and tell everyone not to go to Kia . It's a joke they think ur stupid and will take anything..

My sales professional John Anderson was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was easy and enjoyable and I got a Great Deal on the Price! When John showed me the features and how to work everything in my new Kia Sportage, he also had it perfectly clean and filled up my Sportage with a Free tank of gas! And my finance manager Andy Elledge was Fantastic! He got me a GREAT INTEREST RATE, A PAYMENT I CAN AFFORD and the extended warranties that I needed in case of an unexpected service repair! This is my third vehicle with Edwards Auto Group and the way I am treated is what keeps me coming back!
