2015 Sierra, more rain?

I had a problem with my third brake light lens leaking water. With the forecast looking like more rain I stopped in to see if my part was in and without an appointment they fixed it while I waited. Thank you to the entire service team. I really think they care about my vehicle as their own and I couldn't ask for any more than that.

Friendly, group of experienced sales consultants that made the experience of buying a GMC easy and fair. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just an upfront and honest dealer with a great product. I was treated like a friend or member of the family. I gave them my budget and they put me in the vehicle I wanted and the price I needed.

We live 3 hours away from this dealership. You had the truck that we were interested in. Your car salesman Mark was right on to all our questions. He was waiting for us when we got there. We felt very at ease with his communication with us. The whole transaction went smoothly. Man in finance was very nice. It was a good experience for us. I would recommend your dealership to all. My wife and I just stopped in for quick look at a truck we saw while driving past. I had noticed the truck for a few weeks and finally had sometime to stop in. After we looked at it and around it I walk inside the dealership and asked for a new car salesperson. The girl at the desk called up Chuck Gonzales. Chuck was very polite and showed us more about the truck and talked to us like real people not just a sale. We exchanged cards and I told him that I would be back around 9am the next day. When I go there around 930, Chuck just got done with the morning meeting and he and I started to talk about the truck. He asked if I had a trade in and he took my keys, we then started to talk about the price of the new one and what I would like to pay etc etc. Never once did I feel over pressured to buy the truck. Chuck did everything to make me feel at home and comfortable with himself and the dealership. We settled on a price for both the trade in and the new truck, I signed the paperwork and owned the truck. After the deal was done, Chuck had to drive me back to my business which was only 5 minutes away, but nevertheless that was going beyond what I ever thought anyone would do for me. Later that afternoon once the truck was done getting the undercoating and whatever else we put on it, Chuck once again came and got me and my daughter. He then spent about 30 minutes with us explaining things inside it and how to work the buttons, which was great. He also called me two days after to make sure that we didn't have any other questions about anything inside cause if we did he would help us or get the answer for us. Chuck gets a A++++ from me! I have bought many new and used cars and there has never been a salesperson that has gone as far as Chuck did to make the deal and after the deal a great experience. I have already told a few people that are thinking about getting something new to go see Chuck before they do , at least give him the chance to earn their business.

Tony Fulco was, by far, the best and nicest auto sales person we have EVER dealt with. He was very knowledgable of the Verano, was very interested in what we wanted and expected in a car, and was very low pressure. He spent an amazing amount of time with us, explaining all of the features of the car. He was extremely respectful of my wife and included her in the full explanation. I will definitely return to your dealership, as well as recommend it and Tony to my friends! Thank you very much! PS...We also love the new Verano!!!

After coming in for the third time to fix the same related problem of the drivers heated seat not heating nor staying on, it appears you got it right and fixed it for no charge. Tech advisor Phil Lang was very attentive and even got me a new Encore to drive home while My Lacrose was being worked on. Good job and let's hope it's fixed for good. Thanks, Bill

Had a leak in my tire from a nail. Called service dept. around 4:30, got there around 5. It was fixed and out the door by 5:45pm. Could not have been better , service and quality of care!
