Happy to have problem fixed.

onAfter coming in for the third time to fix the same related problem of the drivers heated seat not heating nor staying on, it appears you got it right and fixed it for no charge. Tech advisor Phil Lang was very attentive and even got me a new Encore to drive home while My Lacrose was being worked on. Good job and let's hope it's fixed for good. Thanks,
