Elias helped us understand the differences between the CX5 and the CX50 and all the trim levels. Had us test drive and look over several vehicles. Found us the exact CX-50 that we wanted at another dealer and got it to us very quickly. Price and financing made for perfect deal.

  • Very satisfied!

Had a great experience purchasing a used 2018 Honda CR-X here! My salesman, Tom Doyle, was easy to work with. He was very low pressure, never tried to push me into a new car as other dealers did, and was patient with my purchasing jitters. I love the set price policy and got a really great deal - much better than anyone else had on comparable cars. I came in with pre-approved financing but they found me a better rate and gave me a very fair price on my trade. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend Biggers!
  • Mazda #2

Just picked up Mazda #2, a CX9. Purchase was easy, quick, and even pleasant. No dealer installed paint, rug treatments, undercoatings,or other add ons were pushed. All done in an hour like they said. Thanks, Franco. Mazda #1 has 90,000 mi and Service Department also 5 Stars.
  • Used Car Purchase Experience

I helped a friend purchase a used car recently from Bigger's Mazda in Elgin, IL. They sold us a 2006 Mazda Mazda5 with 40k mi on it. They claimed to have invested in money in getting ready for sale, but after getting reassurance that it was good to drive in the short term we purchased the vehicle with only a $500 discount. Salesman was polite but very much a used car salesman throwing us every pre-meditated line for every concern we had about purchasing the vehicle. I pointed they had turned the rotors vs replacing them, and after only a month of driving they are warped. Also the car had noisy tires that should have been replaced but they did not replace them assuring us there was nothing wrong with them. We replaced them ourselves as a precaution, and then attempted to get a wheel alignment, and then the car was not alignable due to a defective front suspension strut. Now we need to replace both fronts to get the car to align correctly. Yes used car buyer beware, but buying a used Mazda from a Mazda dealer we felt secure in our decision to purchase the vehicle, but they refuse to assist us to remedy the issues. I am not sure whether we need to escalate it to the BBB.
