Awesome Experience

On November 8, 2024...I purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury from Capital Cadillac and I Love It!!! The team that worked with me and assisted in making this possible were Absolutely Amazing! Tommy Williams my initial sales consultant was so kind and caring...as I moved through the sale Chris Biro, the General Manager, was a stepping stone that elevated my purchase to some awesome 20" wheels that added pop to the vehicle. Chris makes you feel at ease with your purchase and goes above and beyond to make sure you're pleased!!! Thom Holmes is one of the most thorough people I've EVER met! He took the sale all the way to the finish line and randomly checks in on me even after the purchase! I'll NEVER forget you! Tim Goodale handled all the paperwork and to be honest I could've talked with him all day... his voice was rare. He was thorough as well! Last but not least Randy Gibson the Technology genius... he took me through the how to's of operating the vehicle. He is highly knowledgeable about getting the Best experience possible from your vehicle... I TRULY wanted to take his brain home with me! My overall experience with Capital Cadillac will remain in my mind for years to come... I purchased on a Friday and I wish ALL my Fridays were as enjoyable as this one was! My husband and I look forward to being lifetime members of the Capital Cadillac Family! I own a 2010 SRX as well so looks like I purchase every 14 years... hopefully it won't be so long the next time! See you all soon! In ending all my email contacts with everyone... I'd always end with "May God Bless".... and guess what???...He Did!!! Thank you all so much!!!

    Stopped by the dealership to learn more about the Lyriq. Ended up speaking with the General Manager Chris Biro and he was very helpful. Didn't feel preasured at all ... just lots of helpful information. Will come back to Capital when I'm ready to buy.

    Mr. Kevin Grandy was the Sales Consultant with my recent purchase of the 2018 ATS. Having been a customer with Capital Cadillac starting with my 2007 CTS in 2009, I have learned to trust this company. Capital Cadillac has integrity as the basic building block for doing business. They have the quality of being honest and strong moral principles; as well as moral uprightness. Their vehicles are safe, comfortable and very, very pleasing to the eyes. My experience continues to be amazing with every vehicle purchase. When I received the call a few weeks ago from Sherry [she is awesome by the way] with Cadillac to let me know that I was eligible for an upgrade, I decided to trade car and I am very happy with my purchase. Of the years with the company, I have always had 100% quality, no problems and have been treated with exceptional service. We all are treated as #1 customers and that is awesome!     My hats off to the dealership. I visited the store on a Saturday and miscalculated arrival time from Savannah, 4- 5 hours with traffic and forgot they closed at 6 pm instead of 8 pm. We were already 2 1/2 hours into the trip and called the dealership advising them of this information. They were willing to wait on us even though it was after hours. This included the sales person, the sales manager, appraiser, and finance person. The sale was seamless and we appreciated everyone's help - Lee-our sales person, Ronnie- the money man, and lets not forget the manager with the mohawk and matching shirt and shoes. BTW - I left an item in the car (go figure) and they are sending it to me!! A great team!!!!

    On April 30, 2018, my husband Lawrence Roberts, and I (Letha Roberts) ventured out to price a Cadillac. The first dealership was Capital Cadillac. The first salesman to welcome us was Mr. Lee. My husband and I gave the criteria for the price and amenities that were looking for. Mr. Lee, worked very hard to meet our needs. We had a great trade-in for our 2011 Chrysler 300. He took the time working with us on choosing the right type of vehicles we wanted, . Mr. Lee, was very diligent in working on our behalf, when meeting with the Finance Department and the General Manager. in the end, he satisfied our needs on the vehicle that we purchased 2014-Cadillac XTS. Mr. Lee took the time to orientate us on the vehicle operations, Onstar and Link, and SirrusXXM, and purchasing car mats. Mr. Lee informed us of the classes for new Cadillac owners. He has a great personality and his demeanor was wonderful. I almost forgot he was salesman, because he made us feel very very comfortable during this process. He did not rush us into a Sale. He took his time in explaining every detail, that goes along with purchasing a vehicle. In purchasing a vehicle in the past, I never met a salesperson who made you feel like he cared about you as a person, l not just a customer. HATS OFF TO MR. RHON LEE!!!!!! Letha Roberts

    I recently purchased a 2015 Escalade from Julius Murray and it was a great experience. I informed him of the type and style that I was searching for. I made a specific request and he found the exact vehicle. I couldn’t of asked for a better salesman. This was an absolute great 1st time Cadillac purchase experience. I will definitely return in the future.

    Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I originally called to make an appointment to have my car serviced, instead they offered to come and pick up my car while I was at work and brought me a loaner car. My car was returned before getting off work. You can't as for better service than that!!

    I recently purchased a 2015 SRX from Jack Wyatt! Purchasing a cadillac in itself is a total pleasure! But this happy experience was made to be an even more enjoyable event by going through Jack! He was very professional and yet very personable! His kindness and patience were over the board as was his expertise in his field! He always had a smile on his face and willing to help with 1000 questions! I think he is a total asset to this remarkable and classic dealership! You just can't improve on the best!     Gumala Ogbamichael is an amazing sales person at Capital Cadillac in Smyrna! I truly appreciated his extensive knowledge, follow up, quick responsiveness, and excellent communication throughout my entire car buying process. He certainly did not make me feel like I was just another sale. He truly cared about my needs in a vehicle & delivered over & beyond what I expected!!! He was very patient & he worked diligently to find my dream car. Thanks Gumala for being so awesome!!!

    Wrong alternator was ordered or delivered. I had to rent a car one more day. Ron told me that he would give me a discount on the bill. When I came to pick my car up, Ron was absent and did not leave a note. It was a big deal to give me a discount. It took 3 people to come for finally give me a $60 discount!!! I am not surprised. In the past we spend thousands of dollars to fix the air conditioning and it was never fixed!!! Capital Cadillac never took responsibility. The engine is well known for oil leak!!! Capital Cadillac never took responsibility for this mater neither!!! My husband bought a whole lot of new car from this dealer! Never again!

    I've been a Cadillac owner for 6 years now. I bought my first Cadillac from them and I just recently traded up to a newer model and each time I have been floored by the level of Professionalism & Customer Service this dealer has shown me. My Sales Rep "Gumala Ogbamichael" Raises the Bar when it comes to Customer Service. Not only did he help find the car right for me but he also helped me install it with a factory nav when a number of professionals said it was impossible. Plenty Sales Reps will give you good service when you're buying a car but few will continue to be there for you after you've bought it. Gumala is one of the few that will. If I ever have a question or issue I call Gumala. If you're looking for a dealer with a great reputation and even greater service go to Capital Cadillac. If you're looking for a Sales Rep that will go out of his way to meet your needs before and long after you've bought your car you ask for "Gumala!!!"

    Brought my SRX in to the service department to be checked out for some issues. We were given a loaner car (2016 SRX) as they said they were backed up and it may take a few days. After a couple of days, Jason S, our service advisor, called back to give me a diagnostic conclusion and price for repairs. I told him I needed to discuss with my husband and we would call him back. Less than 2 hours later, we got a call from someone in the sales department offering to buy our car and trade up!!!! We asked where he got our name and he said from the service department! What? You take your car in to be repaired and before you authorize any repairs they try to push you into trading up? It seems to me that this is a conflict of interest and not exactly ethical at most; in poor taste and tacky at least. Yes, a loaner car is very nice, but is this part of their scam - to give you a brand new car to drive a few days and inflate the repair costs of your own car to try to push you into trading it in on a new one? It certainly made us wonder. We would have considered shopping there for our next purchase before this happened, but not now. This has made us feel they are not to be trusted in any way. Bad move, Capitol Cadillac!

    I was treated very respectful. The technician was very informative about my vehicle. They made sure they found the problem and I was offered a loaner vehicle until my car was ready.

    I was greeted once I pulled in and taken care of immediately. The only thing was the wait time and notification of completion. I wasn't notified , I had to ask how much more time to be completed . But everything else was good

    Lee Sommerws was our Service Advisor and did an exemplary job in every aspect of the service experience. He was courteous and informative on all matters. He went beyond expectations to ensure we got our car serviced and returned, on short notice, so we could leave for vacation on schedule.
