onSales dept a little disorganized. Called ahead to see specific car, they did have it ready to see, but after closing the deal took much too long to prep car and find second set of keys. Left us by ourselves for several delays.

onThere is nothing to dislike about this dealership. After a terrible runaround at other dealers, this one proved to be the answer to a car buyer’s prayer. Upper management has trained them well, given line management the authority to act decisively, and trained the sales force to be friendly but professional as an excellent team. They don’t waste your time, they don’t promise what they can’t deliver, and they take care of you with genuine concern. Great job, Hyundai Roswell. Rick Case would have been proud of you.

The service was great but

onIt was time for my 15,000 check up. Making the appt was easy, I had the car there on time and about 30 minutes later, my car was parked outside. Since I had not been notified, I walked back to the service desk, told them the situation and was referred to the checkout desk. The lady looked but no paperwork and no service rep, she said she would find him and get him to finish the paperwork. I waited 30-45 minutes more, went back to the service desk, still no service rep. One of the other service reps found my paperwork, corrected it to show n/c since my car is less than 3 years old, and took it to checkout where I signed out. I probably spent an extra hour, at the dealership, maybe I should have applied for a job.

onI have problems with the air conditioner in my vehicle which required a part that was not easily available. Rick Case offered me a loaner car to the came in and the service could be performed. They kept me up to date and did a great job. I realize that industry-wide labor rates have gotten very expensive, nevertheless, I will continue to bring my car to them because I trust them.

onAndrew in the service department is professional, polite and prompt. He understood my situation with being from out of state and needing car repairs before I could return home. He worked hard to get my repairs done and on the road back home as soon as possible!

onWant to thank Bruce for getting me checked in quickly. Service team got the diagnostic quickly and performed the service work fast. More importantly, Bruce called me proactively to tell me what was wrong and when my car was ready for pickup. usually you have to chase the service managers down to find out any details. That was great. Thanks Bruce.

onToday was my first time taking my car in and although I was given an appointment time, I stupidly took it as a “suggestion” for arrival. As I dropped my car off 2 hours early to see the line of cars arriving, I quickly realized the time slots weren’t suggestions, rather a way to sincerely organize their books. Michael was EXTREMELY kind to me even in the midst of all of this chaos I was causing. He worked with me and before I knew it, they were calling me to say the car was ready. Thankful to be part of the Rick Case Hyundai family now!

onThe service is quick and well done BUT it's disappointingly HARD to get appointments. I call once a week and leave messages and nothing. The website appointment schedule is hit or miss and when I finally reach someone...it's a month or more to get in for service. Sigh

Nothing short of roller coaster ride of service

onMy family has purchased couple of cars from Rick Case Hyundai and said check with them. So I called Rick Case Hyundai Roswell landline to inquire about car, as I was shopping around to find best deal. The sales guy took the info I had from other dealers and said will call back with the best out the door price. Two min later he calls back with his personal cellphone and his tone and attitude is different from the one on main landline phone [called are being recorded for monitoring purposes]. So he give a number which was higher than other dealer and when I said I’ve lower number and I can share the screenshot with you so he can show it to mangers, to see if anything can be done. He rudely says go buy from them, i asked you not even gonna check with manager, don’t you want sale. He’s like no, go buy from them. I couldn’t believe his attitude and tone, this is what I expected from Rick Case Hyundai. I hung up and after couple hours of cooling down. I called back and ask to speak with manager, so his actions don’t go on like this. Braxton answered the call and politely asked, what has happened and listened to the whole thing, apologized and said he’ll relay the message and will call right back with update. Half hour or so later he calls back with manager close by and apologized once again and said he’ll do whatever it takes for my order and offers me a deal on the car I originally enquirer about, a better deal than that rude sale guy. So I went down and we spoke and came to number and finalized the deal. All in all Braxton was very professional and courteous. As I was the last guy in the dealership [closing time and it’s Saturday] he went thru the checklist quickly and finished it, without proper walk thru. I left with car and on my way home noticed that car doesn’t have what was advertised online. I called him the next day, as it was past 9pm, he spoke with manager and apparently manager doesn’t want to honor what’s advertised online. Manager apparently saying that it’s mistake and he’ll not honor it. Hence my title roller coaster ride of service I received from Rick Case Roswell. So I don’t recommend folks there. Even thou, Braxton did what he could, but management don’t care once sale is done. Not a satisfactory service from Rick Case company.
