The service was great but

onIt was time for my 15,000 check up. Making the appt was easy, I had the car there on time and about 30 minutes later, my car was parked outside. Since I had not been notified, I walked back to the service desk, told them the situation and was referred to the checkout desk. The lady looked but no paperwork and no service rep, she said she would find him and get him to finish the paperwork. I waited 30-45 minutes more, went back to the service desk, still no service rep. One of the other service reps found my paperwork, corrected it to show n/c since my car is less than 3 years old, and took it to checkout where I signed out. I probably spent an extra hour, at the dealership, maybe I should have applied for a job.
