Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Daniel Yim, Internet Sales Manager. He made every effort to ensure that I had a favorable buying experience by showing me several cars, allowing me to test drive several cars and meeting my expectations on finding the type of cars that I was looking for. He is a stellar Sales Manager and models outstanding customer service.

Repair issues

I purchased a car from Hennessy Lexus on Monday, 9/12/2016. Jack Ross was my salesman. Before we closed the deal, we took the car on a short test drive (Maybe a few blocks). At the time, I did not notice anything wrong with the car. Once I got on the interstate, heading home, going about 60mph, I noticed a winding sound, the steering wheel had some vibration, and the car was pulling to the right. I woke up the next morning and drove all the way back to the dealership. Mind you, I live a hour away from the dealership.. As soon as I arrived to the dealership, I ran into my salesman Jack Ross. I told him what was going on and he suggested we take it for a ride so he can see what's going on. We test drove the car, he confirmed he heard and seen everything I said was wrong. When we got back to the dealership, Jack Ross said he was going speak with a manager to see what they can do. He came back a few mins later and stated that the manager said they are not going to fix the issues because they gave me a good deal. A "good deal" has absolutely nothing to do with selling a person a car that has mechanical problems. I asked Jack Ross to get the manager he spoke with to come speak with me. He left for a few minutes and came back without the manager and stated that the manager said he will not fix it and that they can take the car back if I did not want to fix the issues myself. He said the issues will cost me only about $500. I told him I don't want to give the car back, I want them to fix the problems that should have been fixed before they put the car up for sale. They refused. I was really surprised getting this kind of service at a big professional dealership like Lexus. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I did not want to argue, so I left with the car. When I got back home I called several times leaving several messages to the managers and no one returned my call. I emailed them Friday 9/16/2016 and the manager Brad Zeller responded Saturday morning 9/17/2016. He stated the car was sold as is and that they will not fix it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Complaint Center. Currently waiting for a response.

Mr. Charles Cook

I had the honor of working with Mr. Charles Cook this week on the purchase of a 2014 ES350. Mr. Cook was one of the best salesman that I've ever worked with, I found the car on-line and he immediately ensured the car was still on the lot and returned my call within 10 mins. He had great knowledge of the car and completely answered all my questions over the phone. Once at the dealership, Mr. Cook and Sean Kim made our purchasing experience incredible, both were very personable and thorough during the signing process always ensuring that we completely understand all options and documents. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus.... Charles and Sean definitely went above and beyond our expectations and we the reason we decided to purchase a car from Hennessy.

My new Lexus was delivered to me in North Carolina on time and in perfect condition. The Lexus representative spent at least an hour explaining all the features of the car and how to use them. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Not only did the representative deliver my new Lexus but he stopped along the way to have it inspected in North Carolina for me. Really a great experience.

Hugh and Joe Robb are the most professional and nicest men you could ever deal with. Service Department is also excellent. You will never find a better Dealer or a better product. All of the people in this dealership deserve the highest praise.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus GX460 on Friday 10/31 after a solid 2 plus weeks of working with the Internet Sales Manager, Frank Mullin at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Frank was fantastic to work with and was extremely patient and attentive to my questions (ALL of our communication up to the point of signing the paperwork was done via email). I felt like Frank worked very hard to get me what I was looking for, and was very fair and honest about what he could and could not do. I never felt like I was being "sold" or pressured, which is a huge turn off for me. I would recommend anyone I know to see Frank at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. My overall experience was extremely satisfying, and I couldn't be happier with my new purchase!

What a Joke...

Sent in a request for a bid and was sent the following response, "Whats to keep you from just using our pricing to buy it up there?" The purpose of getting a bid is to compare pricing so if you don't want to participate, great, but no need to be [non-permissible content removed]. I guess that's the type of unprofessional response you would expect from someone who goes by "Frank the Tank".
