I purchased a car from Hennessy Lexus on Monday, 9/12/2016. Jack Ross was my salesman. Before we closed the deal, we took the car on a short test drive (Maybe a few blocks). At the time, I did not notice anything wrong with the car. Once I got on the interstate, heading home, going about 60mph, I noticed a winding sound, the steering wheel had some vibration, and the car was pulling to the right. I woke up the next morning and drove all the way back to the dealership. Mind you, I live a hour away from the dealership.. As soon as I arrived to the dealership, I ran into my salesman Jack Ross. I told him what was going on and he suggested we take it for a ride so he can see what's going on. We test drove the car, he confirmed he heard and seen everything I said was wrong. When we got back to the dealership, Jack Ross said he was going speak with a manager to see what they can do. He came back a few mins later and stated that the manager said they are not going to fix the issues because they gave me a good deal. A "good deal" has absolutely nothing to do with selling a person a car that has mechanical problems. I asked Jack Ross to get the manager he spoke with to come speak with me. He left for a few minutes and came back without the manager and stated that the manager said he will not fix it and that they can take the car back if I did not want to fix the issues myself. He said the issues will cost me only about $500. I told him I don't want to give the car back, I want them to fix the problems that should have been fixed before they put the car up for sale. They refused. I was really surprised getting this kind of service at a big professional dealership like Lexus. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I did not want to argue, so I left with the car. When I got back home I called several times leaving several messages to the managers and no one returned my call. I emailed them Friday 9/16/2016 and the manager Brad Zeller responded Saturday morning 9/17/2016. He stated the car was sold as is and that they will not fix it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Complaint Center. Currently waiting for a response.

I had the honor of working with Mr. Charles Cook this week on the purchase of a 2014 ES350. Mr. Cook was one of the best salesman that I've ever worked with, I found the car on-line and he immediately ensured the car was still on the lot and returned my call within 10 mins. He had great knowledge of the car and completely answered all my questions over the phone. Once at the dealership, Mr. Cook and Sean Kim made our purchasing experience incredible, both were very personable and thorough during the signing process always ensuring that we completely understand all options and documents. When we arrived in the service area for our appointment, we were met by an attendant who escorted us to the Service Consultant's desk. The Consultant prepared necessary documents, explained work to be done, gave an estimated wait time and cost. My new Lexus was delivered to me in North Carolina on time and in perfect condition. The Lexus representative spent at least an hour explaining all the features of the car and how to use them. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Not only did the representative deliver my new Lexus but he stopped along the way to have it inspected in North Carolina for me. Really a great experience.

All About Dashboards
I was promised a new dashboard to be replaced in my GX470; when the equipment was available I was scheduled for installation. It took less than 24-hours to complete the work; and I was provided a loan vehicle while it was serviced. I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of my service.
The staff is friendly, the service tech was knowledgeable, and the waiting area was comfortable.
Exhaust System Repair
I drove over a large rock when turning that caught the underside of my car. I was concerned that the repair would be lengthy and expensive. The service rep drove the car and confirmed it was in the exhaust system, arranged for a loaner for me. He called a few hours later with great news that there was no damage to exhaust system - it had to be reset then tested. They did a complete check of the vehicle, alignment, etc. and emailed me the complete report later that day. The repair was only $142.32. I realize I was very lucky but CJ realized how relieved I would be. I use this dealer for all my service work. They are courteous, prompt, knowledgeable.
10,000 Mile Service
As always, Drew and the maintenance staff did a perfect job on my service and in a very timely manner. I have dealt with Drew and this dealership since 1999. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
