Troncalli was great, the salesman was very helpful and sincere. We are happy with the new Outback but wish the emails from Subaru would STOP ! So, I bought a car. Doesn't mean I wish to stay in weekly contact. Thanks.

A nice purchasing experience. Our sales associate Amy was personable, pleasant, and patient. What buyer would not want a better price than the one they got but our price seemed fair to all involved. I certainly would recommend Troncalli to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Even if you don't think you are interested in a Subaru give them a try anyway and you just might get Subarued like me.

We visited Troncalli Subaru, Cummings GA on Friday July 14 - 2023 just to see what the dealer had in his inventory. I was pleased to see they had several models to select from. With the aid of Mark Lieberman, the sales consultant who was (next UP) who reviewed what we were looking for, ie: power front seats, leather trim... Mark was able to meet and exceed our wish list with a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring. Once we agreed on the out the door cost after we traded our vehicle... we were soon driving home in a beautiful 2024 Outback. Thanks Mark L !!

I purchased a 2024 Impreza Sport in Oasis Blue for my daughter as a college graduation present. I appreciated their low pressure sales technique and their willingness to work with me on price most dealers won't do that these days. If you are in the market for a Subaru I would recommend stopping in for a chat, they will do their best to address your concerns.

Easiest New Car Buying Experience Ever

I recently purchased a new 2023 Outback Wilderness from Troncalli Subaru. This is my 5th purchase form them, and they always exceed expectations. Michael Barlow and his staff make buying a vehicle as easy as the process can be. I won't shop anywhere else for a Subaru. You owe it to yourself to visit them yourself if you are in the market for a new or used Subaru.

From the moment I was emailing and talked over the phone, I was treated well and cared for. Every person at Troncalli that I spoke to, walked past or Worked with, was just super caring and great! I’m glad I chose to buy my Subaru from a Subaru dealer direct and not another car lot. They have explained the Bella n whistles and all the features. It’s just awesome!! I highly recommend!

They actually tried pretty hard to scam me over a diagnostic. They kept my car for a month before even looking at it, didn't contact me with any information until I called them after the first month of silence. Within the week it went from bad to unbelievable! So I had a bad engine issue, it broke spark plugs, and wasn't firing at all on a cylinder. They were informed in detail of the issues as I am an ex aviation mechanic, and detailing these things in more detail than normal is my normal. They informed me that their compression test was performed with no tool, and then all work stopped. The information I had to pry from them was as follows. The battery was dead (it sat for 2 years, I would be amazed if it wasn't dead, and I told them that in the details I mentioned above). It got no compression on the afflicted cylinder (also told them this, and identified said cylinder for them). "I don't know why it's breaking spark plugs". I asked about the compression test as the threads are shredded by the process that killed the spark plug. I wanted to know how they did it at all since the test wasn't possible in it's condition, and if they did somehow do it, what was the result of the compression test? They revealed that they did the test with their thumb. That's so very professional, and so worth the $180 diagnostic fee (it got waived in the end because I wasn't paying for something my kid can do in the yard). In the end, they spent 5 weeks to diagnose some thing that they actually never even touched with diagnostic equipment. Not a borescope to look in the bad cylinder, not even contact to ask what I wanted them to do. They just stopped everything, and hoped I would take their suggestion for a new engine at a price of $13,000!! The car isn't even worth that in flawless condition by KBB!! The next suggestion: get a new car. Also, they said the $13,000 would have to be paid as a lump sum, and no financing would be available unless I bought a car from them. Nn James Kesler, I do not want your technician to take apart an engine that he can't even properly diagnose. I do not want you to have any of your guys touch my car!

Painless no pressure sales. Found the vehicle on their website, contacted the Sales Department. Bruce was our salesman who explained their process and the car's features and kept us notified regarding the cars delivery status. It was delivered sooner than expected so we could use it to go on our planned trip for the Holidays. Overall a seamless buying experience.

Exceptional customer service, quality and value!

My lovely bride of 37 years and I have recently relocated to the beautiful mountains of North GA, after having been born and raised in FL. We knew that we'd need to replace our 2016 Toyota RAV4 FWD with an AWD vehicle due to the snow/ice and elevation. We've been "shopping/comparing" both the Subaru Outback as well as the Honda CRV, receiving "best and final" offers from a number of dealerships throughout GA, as we were willing to travel a bit for the best deal. We received immediate and ongoing correspondence from Bob Shiver, a product specialist/sales representative at Troncalli Subaru in Cumming, GA. Bob even kindly followed up with us late one Sunday evening, following which we coordinated our visit to the dealership the following day to process the paperwork and pick up our new 2021 Subaru Outback. Over the course of the 37 years that we've been married we have purchased a number of vehicles, primarily Toyota and Honda. During the course of all these transactions (6), we've never received such exceptional and personal customer service as we did with Bob, as well as that of his associates. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process, from start to finish, to include both price, quality and customer service. Just as importantly, Coleen and I feel like we've become proud members of the Subaru family, which we expect to remain for the remainder of our lives. We'd highly recommend this Subaru dealership as a first choice for anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle, as they also gave us top dollar for the Toyota RAV4 that we traded in. Twelve cars this lifetime, and mostly all were good. Troncalli experience ties for first. None have been better for buying experience. I feel like I bought from a friend. And in the end I won the privilege of driving a fun, thrifty, and safe car.

Poor Service

With the plan of shopping for a Subaru, I looked up on line and happened to see an offer of $25 for a test drive at Subaru of Gwinnett dealership. I went ahead and registered for it. Just when I was about to head over there, I happened to find Troncalli Subaru dealership which is much closer to my house. I then called them up and asked whether they would be able to honor the $25 for a test drive like the other dealership. Charlie Saines was the one I spoke to and he agreed to honor the $25 offer. They would need to enter a promo code for that to be processed. I then went there to experience the test drive. Charlie, however was busy and not available when I got there, so another sales person (Alexander Tharpe) helped with arranging the test drive for me. I also mentioned to this sales person about the $25 that Charlie agreed on. A few days later , I went on line to check out the status on my registration for the $25 associated with the test drive, but didn't see a code being entered yet. I then called Charlie and was told he would enter the promo code for that to be processed and it will take a few weeks, while the fine print on the website says it only takes 3-5 days. While not seeing a code entered for the $25, I called Charlie again in the second week but was told he would handle it but it's going to take some time. During the 3rd week, I called the sales manager Alex Avrutsky about nothing had been done for my $25, and he said he would check with Charlie and get back to me. Believe or not, that phone call was the last time I ever got to talk to the sales manager and nothing had been heard from him ever since, despite numerous phone calls I made afterworlds. I also tried to contact the general manager Michael Barlow but never got to talk to him either. Besides Being upset and frustrated with having nobody get back with me on this $25, my bigger question is how well they would really take care of their customers?? No response, no follow-up, not doing what they promised, from neither of those three people: Charley, the sales manager, and the GM. What kind of credibility are they building through the poor service to a potential car buyer???
