onHORRIBLE, Racist-like experience; especially for a new car buyer. I originally contacted the Kennesaw location several times, and not once did someone contact me back based off of my online Build specs. So, I contacted Troncalli Subaru and we went back & forth on different builds they had on the lot, but in the end I wanted mine build specifically to my liking. Drove to the shop on a Saturday and the sales person showed me a car they had on the lot that he claimed was close to my Build specs. I explained that my build was what I wanted in the end, and his response was he couldnt order my build due to NOT having a VIN or Title for the Financing Companys (NAVY Fed) 29k check. I was shocked to say the least, as the whole reason a Build is put together is for a customers ability to customize the car to their liking and NOT having to purchase a car with things the Dealership (GM) ordered. The Subaru they showed had mats and other things not needed by experienced buyers that would eventually purchase WeatherTech mats, Thule/Yakima roof racks and so on something Subaru would know NOTHING about as they build cars, not the extras. I wasnt content, but after he explained that my build wouldnt arrive till mid-January, and gave me incentives to purchase the one on the lot, I gave in and we begin negotiating on the numbers. I handed him the NAVY Fed check and asked if Prior Service gets any type of discounts on a new purchase, and out of the blue he says, We need to fill out a OFAC check. OFAC?! Never heard of it, and with all the cars Ive purchased its obviously a new term for me. He explained that the check was for terrorist watch and that it requires my Social Security number. I said NO WAY, why would I let you run my SS, so you can add negative points to my FICO. He left to converse with some guy about this, and I followed him to see what this was about. The guy said anyone purchasing a new car has to fill one of these out, and Im thinking I purchased a car last year and never filled this out so what gives?! The guy said if I didnt fill it out, to go purchase a Used car then. I was baffled at his comments and decided to leave the dealership to go for a smoke before I started with the derogatory remarks. The salesman stayed in and eventually came out, he began to tell me that the check was only for Homeland Security and it wouldnt affect my credit score. We returned into his office and I gave in, filled out the form and the check was initiated clean and clear. As we continued with the Agreement aka Finance Terms, he walked over to the Finance Mgr. and asked me to come on over to complete the paperwork. The Finance Mgr. portion was smooth and just, he even shared with me the OFAC report and as he scrolled down the list to my name, all I see are the Latin and Middle Eastern names he had gone through. Shocking, but at this point I just wanted to complete my sale and leave in my Vette (car was being delivered). When I finally got home I looked up the OFAC info and its for people that spend over 10k CASH on a sale, NOT for someone with a NAVY Fed check of 29k. I was appalled by the deceit from this one Dealership and thought these guys NEVER showed me any of the features about this car, let alone treated me the way Ive seen and expected with other Dealerships during all my past purchases. This place should be reprimanded or put on report by Subaru America.

onOnce my wife and I knew exactly what we wanted, I contacted Troncalli Subaru based on their online inventory. I had shopped around at other dealers, so I knew what I wanted to pay, and what was considered a "good price". I worked with Bob, one of the online sales specialists. He cut through all of the crap and met my price right away! When we drove over 70 miles to drive the car, decided to buy it, and sat down to do the final negotiations, I was extremely pleased with the no-nonsense service. There were no unexpected upgrades, pricing increases for unwanted options, and the finance team did not try to sell me things I did not want. We were in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours, including the time it took for him to go over all of the new car's features! I would highly recommend Troncalli !!

onIf you know what you want and see the car in inventory, you should definitely take a trip to this dealership. I visited this dealership last night at 7p (1hr before closing) to help my husband find a replacement for his 12 year old car he unexpectedly had to retire due to being rear-ended. Michael (GM), Darryl (salesman), and Casey (Finance) are as top-notch as it gets! At exactly 8:33pm, we were sitting in our new Subaru glad to have chosen Troncolli. They are an upfront, no-hassle, down-to-earth staff and couldn't be happier with our purchase!
Worst Experience of My Life

onMy wife and I recently purchased a Forester from Troncalli. It was the biggest mistake we have ever made. When it came time for our monthly payments, I noticed that they had increased drastically. Upon further investigation I found that Troncalli had reported an incorrect price to the bank (of course they added a few $$$). Naturally, I was not going to pay it and reached out to Troncalli. No one answered the phone or returned my phone calls for over a week. I was simply ignored, until I finally reached Mr. Troncalli himself. Then after another week of explaining that the price was reported incorrectly, they began to fix it. Of course, I has already missed a payment and was assured by Mr. Troncalli himself that it would be pro-rated. However, two months later a late notification pops up on my account. Apparently, Troncalli failed to ever post the first payment as promised. Now it starts all over again, and no one will answer the phone or return my calls. Yes, this is a true story. Do yourself a favor and when you consider purchasing a car from Troncalli....just don't.

onI'd been asking for a member of their sales team to contact me for almost two weeks now. I have been interested in a Subaru for a little while now and recently have decided to make a purchase. I am local to Troncalli Subaru and and my credit is excellent. Their sales team did not reply to inquiries on Troncalli Subaru's website. After sending email to the general manager, a sales team member named Stephanie reached out to me via email. She outlined a proposal that sounded fine to me. I said 'ok' and then she disappeared. Another employee (Mr. Nash) called me and left me a vm advising that all of my online inquires, financing inquires, etc. were going to their Chrysler store. He explained that it wasn't their fault??? Think about this for a second. I was on Troncalli Subaru's website sending lots and lots of inquiries about a new Crosstrek and the inquiries were going to their Chrysler store? If that did happen, why weren't the inquires forwarded to a Troncalli Subaru sales team member? I'm not too confident at this point that Troncalli Subaru can exceed any of my customer expectations.

onWithout a doubt, buying our new Forester from Subaru Bob was the best car buying experience we've had to date. Not only was Subaru Bob and the rest of the staff very knowledgeable, but also very professional, courteous, and really made you feel like family. Bob was extremely patient with us throughout which allowed us to leave the dealership at the end of the day knowing that we got the perfect vehicle for us. We couldn't be happier about our purchase. onMy husband had been two the other Subaru Dealerships and was so frustrated with the experience. We got her and told them what we wanted and they met it. It was none of this back and forth crap. Casey Cash was professional and help full. I intend to go back when we need another car. Other car dealerships can learn from Casey and Mike L.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

onI did not have the time to visit this dealer in person because I live 2 hours away so I applied for financing online. They were quick to send my information out to lenders but have yet to call me! It has been one week and still nothing! I had to call in and check on my application and each time I was passed off to someone new! At one point I spoke to someone who said they had some denials (common when buying a car as we all know) but when I asked for what reasons or if we could request a counter offer I was cut off quickly and told the lenders will send me a letter. Duh! that is a given but I have the right to know what is going on and instead was dismissed and continue to be dismissed. After being fed up with all of this I called to speak with the owner and was told he is permanently unavailable then was forwarded to the general manager whom has yet to return my call! All in all I would not recommend this dealer to anyone because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

onI recently leased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Troncalli. Over the years, I have purchased and leased many vehicles and have never had such a pleasurable experience as this. My sales representative, Stephanie C. was honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She made the whole experience seem more like a fun and exciting recreational event, rather than the typical car buying experience many dread. Mike L., the finance manager gave me some great advice. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he dissuaded me from making a decision that would have potentially cost me a lot more money...And he's a bean counter with a personality to boot...Wow! What more could you ask for? I gave several other dealers the opportunity to earn my business, one closer to where I live even had a slightly better price. In the end, I can say without any reservation...Troncalli Subaru is the best!!!

I traded for a 2014 Outback and had a tough time giving up my 2010 Forrester but am happy with how it all turned out.

onIn searching for a car, I looked at a number of dealerships. I knew what I wanted (a Legacy), but was having a hard time finding a model I could afford. Stephanie was the one who worked with me, and she was not only extremely nice, but I felt as if she was helping me with the car buying process, not forcing-like so many other places. I really appreciated the time she took with me and my experiences with all of the other staff members as well. I was able to find a car I liked at a price I was able to afford. I'll definitely recommend this place to others, and come back if I need anything else! Best place to buy from hands down!

onI have been looking for a used Subaru Outback and have been to several dealerships. I found a very nice used 2013 Outback at Troncolli Subaru. While their location was a long drive for me it was definately worth the drive. Bob C. was so knowledgeable and no pressure at all! One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They were so easy to work with and no gimmicks at all! I will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!

onI worked with Eric K. over email and the phone to get a great price on the 2014 Forester that we wanted. Eric was very responsive and courteous while we were working on a deal, and he obtained and reserved the vehicle for us without requiring a deposit. When we arrived at the dealership to buy the car, Eric and the rest of the Troncalli Subaru staff were fantastic; everything was low key and straightforward, and they were even able to install splash guards while we went through the paperwork. We would definitely recommend Troncalli Subaru to anyone looking for a great Subaru buying experience.
