I purchased a 2015 RAM from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge at the beginning of August. They worked very hard to sell me a vehicle, for a good price, and I left the dealership as a happy customer. From the moment I left, they have worked equally hard to ensure I never purchase another vehicle from them. The first group of lies revolved around when they would deliver the vehicle. These ranged from small lies about sending a driver to pick it up (which they didn't, initially), to telling me that it wasn't available and they had to find a different one at a dealership in Georgia (It could be found by VIN # online and was located at the same Georgia dealership the entire time). When the vehicle was delivered, it had the wrong floor mats. This has still not been corrected. Additionally, they failed to transfer the tag which resulted in driving the vehicle with an expired tag until they delivered a second paper tag. None of these issues would have been significant if it wasn't for the dishonesty.

I am still thrilled with the purchase after 3 attempts to buy one this time it happened. This is my third purchase at this dealership and I have to admit the staff treated me well. The finance manager was a little rough on the edges but otherwise was a very pleasant experience. The credit guy went to battle for me and got me a decent rate for someone the endured recent credit challenges as a by product of a divorce.

I recently used the USAA/TrueCar pricing tool and received prompt service. I was looking for a limited production car, so I knew I was going to be limited on dealers, options, and price. I received a quote on an in stock vehicle, and I decided to swing by and look at the car later that day. I was recognized, and took a similar car out with a very knowledgable assistant salesman, Aaron even though they knew I wasn't buying anything that day. He knew every spec of the car, the differences and pricing between options, and what was new, good, bad, etc. I was able to work out a price and they were the nicest, easiest to deal with, and lowest price in the area. I recommend seeing Aaron, Mike Kelley, and using Shawn Kelley in finance. They have provided excellent service even after the sale on a minor issue I had (I saw a tiny imperfection in paint four days later, they took care of it right away).

I went to this dealership asking about a particular certified pre-owned vehicle. My best friend came with me for some company and moral support.. Mike Kelley was our salesman, and I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience buying a car! I ended up purchasing a 2015 Jeep Patriot as a surprise for my husband for Christmas/our wedding anniversary. I am so excited to go pick it up from the dealership with him and see his reaction!! Having recently purchased a vehicle at a different dealership with a HORRIBLE experience, I was anticipating having to battle through trying to get my husband a nice, reliable car that would be worthy of manly pride for years to come. Completely opposite! Mike was assertive but not pushy (he has a living to make.. I can respect that!) and really tried to accommodate my vision. He put effort into understanding my specific requests (manual transmission please! Black exterior preferred… within my budget….) while also making me feel I was an important person with a big decision to make. He was resourceful in finding me other options when we saw the car I had been looking at had been sold the night before. Being young and not a car-buff, I lack knowledge but had a dream to make my husband super happy and the whole staff at this dealership is helping me accomplish it! Mike broke down different benefits and features to the car that I had not even thought about but helped me realize this would be the right car for our family. I also got to meet Robert his sales manager and the GM, as well as Shaun Kelly my financial consultant, all of whom where also courteous, willing to work with me and genuinely friendly. All were SO excited to help me pull of this giant surprise and I can't wait to see how it turns out. What really topped it off my experience at this dealership was that Mike took the time to literally coach me through driving this car around the block to finalize my purchase.. have I mentioned I have NEVER driven manual before??! The fact that he did this just blew me away. And never did he act rushed or bothered to take the time he took with us (we were literally there all day). My best friend, who has never purchased a vehicle at all, even agreed that the whole day had been a huge success, and not at all a hassle. We both enjoyed ourselves, and she learned a lot through the process too. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, and for understanding how important this was to me while helping me find what I needed so that I don't have to worry about my husband having a good reliable vehicle. I WILL recommend this dealership, and if we have the opportunity to buy another vehicle you can bet I will be headed that way!

I just purchased a new Grand Cherokee Overland. My salesperson Russell L. was very helpful and went out of his way to getting me what I asked for. Before the sale was finalised he took me out to my new SUV and showed me all the features that I was getting. Russell also gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him directly if I ever have a problem. He made my new vehicle purchase enjoyable.

Honda was last on my list of preferred cars when shopping for a new family sedan. That changed dramatically when i entered Brandon Honda during my browsing of car dealerships. We were treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire buying process. Robin was an outstanding person and listened to our every need and was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. Robin also was very patient, as this was our first car purchase and we wanted to make sure it was everything we wanted in a family sedan. He was not pushy and just let us get a feel of what was best for us. It was such a pleasure to be able to enjoy what could be a stressful experience and it turn into a great one! I do wish we could have received a better deal, but you are paying for the reliability and longevity of a Honda, so you take the good with the bad.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Dodge Durango at Courtesy. From the minute I walked in the door I was met with a very professional sales staff. Chris walked me through the lot to find two Durangos that peaked my interest. He then drove one of the vehicles from the other side of the lot just to put them side by side so I could compare. Once making the right choice for me he then walked me inside to complete the financing part which we all know can be frustrating and time consuming. It did take a couple of hours during this process but the entire team made me feel comfortable and Chris kept me informed the entire time. Heck even the finance guy (Antonino) was awesome and made that part of it simple for me. Thank you to the entire Courtesy team!

I submitted an on-line request via Edmunds. This dealer replied with an on-line quote, whereas many others did not. It was the cheapest of several dealerships. After several e-mails, the price was settled (under invoice) and the extra fees were known. However, when I showed up on site to place the order, he said that he had made a mistake and it was actually $500 higher. Ugh! We ended up agreeing on a new price (higher than had been quoted in e-mail) and I placed the order. As of this writing the car is being built. I bought a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn.
