Dishonest

onI purchased a 2015 RAM from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge at the beginning of August. They worked very hard to sell me a vehicle, for a good price, and I left the dealership as a happy customer. From the moment I left, they have worked equally hard to ensure I never purchase another vehicle from them.
The first group of lies revolved around when they would deliver the vehicle. These ranged from small lies about sending a driver to pick it up (which they didn't, initially), to telling me that it wasn't available and they had to find a different one at a dealership in Georgia (It could be found by VIN # online and was located at the same Georgia dealership the entire time).
When the vehicle was delivered, it had the wrong floor mats. This has still not been corrected.
Additionally, they failed to transfer the tag which resulted in driving the vehicle with an expired tag until they delivered a second paper tag.
None of these issues would have been significant if it wasn't for the dishonesty.
