Braxton, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Enver,… the sales manager, truly made it feel like working with family. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care stood out and made a lasting impression. Antonette, the finance manager, was also fantastic — clear, efficient, and supportive every step of the way. Even when a few hiccups came up (none of which were the dealership’s fault), the team handled everything beautifully. Thanks to this incredible group, I’m now a lifelong Honda customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a team that truly goes above and beyond. Huge thanks to Braxton, Enver, and Antonette — you all are awesome!Excellent service
by Tracy on 08/03/2025I drove over 35 miles because JR Disbrow has serviced my CRV since 2013. He left Port Richey Honda when it was sold. So glad I followed him! Constant rattling had me concerned for the car safety. Trusted my gut and JR said to bring it down… (took awhile to find him!). Sure enough, Vinnie drove it 5 minutes and heard it. It was the swaybar in front. Major safety issue. I was there less than 3 hrs. An expensive fix but I trust JR w my car 100%. His integrity is off the charts. He is honest; if I can hold off on something he will say so. The staff are nice and classy. Another guy helped me find the lone Android charger in the building. It's clean. JR showed me the bay. I was floored at how clean it was. The entire building was well kept. I will recommend Crown to anyone, as well as JR and Vinnie. I keep on going back to Crown Honda in spite of the distance and the fact that I drive past two other Honda dealerships to get there because of the service I receive from Demir. She’s always helpful, extremely knowledgeable and has been there… forever. They also have free little snacks which help when you have a longer wait for service.
