Proceed with caution!

Purchased a used car (2019) from this dealership and prior to signing documents, I asked specific questions via text due to being out of state and unable to travel to the dealership. I asked if the vehicle had any damage or scratches- I was told ONE scratch. Prior to my transporter loading the vehicle in an enclosed trailer, he recorded evidence of a cracked tail light with a hole in it, sunroof seal was peeling/ cracked/ mostly gone and scratches/ dings on the body of the car and a chipped windshield. Also the car had 6 miles until empty on the gas tank. When these items were pointed out, a worker said "its a used car." I reached out to one of my sales people (Carlos) about my concerns, he blew it all off and said he would reimburse for gas. He has not reimbursed anything and has stopped responding to my text. Along with Cameron another sales person that was all over responding until the deal was done. Additionally, the vehicle is over due for service as it arrived with a warning light "service over due" and little to no brake fluid. A "reconditioning fee" of $1700 is tacked onto the sale price of the vehicle but the vehicle has not been touched. Lastly, the vehicle arrived dirty and had spills inside from the previous owner, no car mats and a 2nd key fob was to be sent but of course only one arrived with the vehicle. I have been told nothing but lies, still have yet to receive my copies of the final sales documents and management will take notes over the phone while saying that they will call me back with a resolution. NO call backs and NO resolutions have been provided. This has essentially been a scam. I would NOT recommend!

Customer service

Doug was great and I was satisfied with the service on my car. However, when I went to drive my car off the lot, a gentleman took my key, put it up in the air and pushed the button to make the horn blow and said your car is over there. My husband asked him to walk with us to the car so that he could check it out before I left. He did but never cleared out the plastic cover on the seat or the paper on the floor. I know it sounds petty but whatever happened to getting the car, driving it back to the customer and making sure it was cleaned out before handing back the keys and saying 'have a good day'......

Disapppointed after 10 years as a loyal customer.

In the past year or so, I have been disappointed with your 'team'. For the past NINE years, I contacted only Leland (now retired) who was always friendly & helpful to me. However, I find that your service advisors are rarely friendly, almost never smile & often come across as being too busy to bother with me. Do you have a morale problem that didn't exist before? Your dealership is the ONLY place I've taken my car since I BOUGHT it there and, as such, I have spent a significant amount of money in your service dept. Although I can't afford to buy a new car, I would think that my long-term relationship with your service dept. should count for something. I was in your dealership for FOUR HOURS just to determine why my access port wasn't working & to try to locate a noise that shouldn't be there. I had made an appt. but they didn't even START looking at it for 2 hours. And then I was charged over $60 for a lousy fuse which probably costs $2. I realize your place is busy - good for you - but I'm thinking there may be something in your "procedures" which could be causing such an extreme slow-down in service. There were other customers who had been waiting longer than me and that is unacceptable as I see it. I would imagine that your service dept. revenues are your "bread & butter", so I would strongly suggest that you re-evaluate that part of your operation. My extended warranty expired long ago, so I don't HAVE to utilize your dealership any more. Thank you.

I bought my car at Oralando Dodge & they've serviced it ever since (6 years). They've always been fair with me and take good care of my car (now over 100m miles). I will continue to utilize this dealership until the "wheels fall off".

The only thing I would comment on is that they did not reset my "oil change required" dummy light when they did my oil change. Otherwise, very satisfied with the service department.

Awesome experience!

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end! Ani my salesperson was very patient and informative. The sales manager worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and the finance department worked to get me a very competitive rate. Overall I enjoyed my buying experience.

Couldn't fix our car,returned it with several additional issues.

Took our Liberty in for one issue, they charged over $200 to say they couldn't fix it. then gave the car back to us with warning lights on, dash was in pieces, screws on the floor and dome light wouldn't work. all these things were working fine when we dropped it off for unrelated repairs. we immediately returned the car to have them fix their mistakes and they said they would have to charge us for that. Talked to the service manager, he wouldn't even answer a simple yes or no question about what they've worked on in my car. I had to escalate the issue to Chrysler and will never take another vehicle to Orlando dodge Chrysler jeep ram at 4101 west colonial drive Orlando fl. Long story short, this is one of those dealerships that you hear about from your friends that have their car in the shop for weeks at a time and pay thousands for repairs that are not needed or were not a problem before the car was brought there.

2012 Chrysler 300c

My sales associate, Tim M was amiable and helpful but I think he didn't take me seriously at first when I told him I would pay cash.......But that notion quickly disappeared. After I brought the car back to Georgia, I discovered that I was not given all the pertinent documents that I needed to prove ownership. I did not have the tag registration nor anything to prove that I had in fact purchased the vehicle and was legally in possession of same. Charlie the finance manager took care of that for me. Merely an oversight on someone's part.
