The moment I walked in, Alex Chavoya greeted me and spent time with me listening to my requirements and looked up the… Stock # of the vehicle I wanted. He supported me throughout the entire time up to sending me off encouragingly in my brand new car. Horn replacement overpriced
by Boatforme on 10/15/2024Had 2 Issues with my car A/C not cooling good and Horn Not working. Was quoted $3000 for the A/C and $500 to replace horn. Told them to put freon on A/C working good now. Paid them $120. to add freon. Bought a Horn at NAPA $20 To replace… one single nut easy to get to and snap wire harness off took me 10 minutes to do.We have reviewed all of our files and have no record of this repair. Please provide the full vin number of the vehicle or a copy of the repair order. Otherwise, please remove this review from our file.

Part was requested in June 2022, and as of today March 28, 2023, there is no replacement backup camera for my Ford Escape. Very dissaponted.
