Ahora los carros eléctricos son el futuro, así que mi próximo 🚘 a comprar con Eric González en NIMNICHT, es un eléctrico con todos los extras, si quieres horar tu tiempo, dinero y satisfacción, solo con una llamada a Eric. Horrible Service

onThis was the worst experience I encountered with Chevrolet, I asked to get dropped off home. I was at the dealership 1 hour and 45 minutes before someone took me home. They called and said my car was ready at 3:30, it was two hour later before someone picked me up. Also I wanted my spark plugs changed, when I scheduled my service, I saw a price of 199.00 for this service. But when I arrived at the dealer the price was 365. No one knew anything about the price that I observed on the website and they didn't honor it either. I scheduled the service three weeks in advance, so this might have been a special. but I was highly disappointed in the amount that I was charged for that service. If I had known I wouldn't have had the sparkplugs changed at that time. The 199.00 price wasn't visible on the site when I arrived at the dealership on 03/11/22, which was a great disappointment.

Horrible Communication.Lies & Deceit.Too long from their lack of competence

onLacks customer service and communication. Then add lies and deceit. They dropped the ball and vehicle not complete 1st time as items forgotten, and then again a second time....and then a third trip back as parts falling off vehicle. When asked for help I was dismissed. I the customer not important, but to meet someone else was more pressing! Then I found the actual Tech who admitted a problem and it was his fault. The I get a call from service (not knowing already fixed) and told I was not to be helped as they aren't responsible for their own work. Caught in a lie w/o any leg work or follow through. Shady used car dealership

on“Certified preowned” that’s a joke! We purchased a new trade used truck that had just been traded at the dealership. We were promised when we purchased the vehicle “it would get the certified preowned inspection just like any other used vehicle they take in. After 1 week of owning this truck, a day of rain had the inside of the vehicle soaked with water from a leak in a seal and then 3 weeks after owning the vehicle my son uses the heat/defrost for the first time and smoke fills the cabin from the vents. Diagnosed with a bad heater core. So we contact the dealer, Anthony in service tells my son “we will take care of it, just call me back tomorrow because we are really busy right now”. So the next day several attempts were made and many many messages left, no return call! At one point someone told my son “oh the heater core also works with the air conditioner so it wasn’t an issue before”. All week between my son and my husband leaving multiple messages, we get not 1 return call. We have to physically go TO the dealer to get any kind of communication and once there it is nothing but cowards passing the buck. We are told a manager will contact us Monday and when Monday rolls around the manager had pawned the call off to our sales rep!! No one had the balls to call us back. Pitiful. We are told they will take care of it but it has to be at their shop, so Wednesday my son tries to drive it here and it overheats and he is stranded on the side of the road!!! Now this Nimnich dealer is doing nothing!! NOTHING!! We will be out of pocket money for something that should have been found during the “certified preowned inspection “ that they are advertising they are doing! Well, clearly this was a lie and not something they do on all vehicles and their cowardly management staff is just not helpful. Poor poor customer service. Lies being told. Don’t ever buy here!!

onWe have not had a very Good Expierence,We have had our vechile for a month and it has Been in your sevice Department for 2 weeks now,Then we had an appoitment a few days after we got the truck and they were supposed to check the tires after a 6 hour wait they never even touched that they did the recalls that they never said anything about.PS,Still waiting for my vechile to be Done.

onLast visit was much better than the visit prior to the last visit. My prior visit I had to wait for 3 and half hours, just for an oil change, plus I had set up an appointment to get my oil changed. If it wasn't for Mr. Allen Meehan, I would have gone to another dealership to have my car serviced.

Horrible Experience and Rip Off Wont Stand behind their products sold

onI purchased a New 2018 Chevy Malibu Redline edition.. Paid Cash 32,000.00 for it in Nov 2017 within 900 miles the car died and would not start or operate with remote or On Star assistance. Took car to Nimnicht Chevrolet and received horrible Service along with horrible attitudes from the service dept.. Told they would not be able to put me in a loaner vehicle while car was being serviced said to go to rental car company and pay out of pocket we don't have any loaners. OK waited on car and got it back 4 hours later. Car has had multiple electrical issues since then and other issues with brakes and transmission slipping.. when I left multiple emails and voice mails with the Owner and General Manager Scott Garmin and Jody Toole in Service, NO ONE would return or reply to my concerns. I contacted General Motors and initated Lemon Law claim against the car. Now Since I contacted General Motors directly, Nimnicht Chevrolet notified me through General Motors rep that they would not service my vehicle at all and did not want me back at their dealership.. they terminated me from their dealership.. that is <span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; white-space: normal;">[</span><span class="il" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; white-space: normal;">non</span><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; white-space: normal;">-</span><span class="il" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; white-space: normal;">permissible</span><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; white-space: normal;"> content removed]</span> dealings especially since I PAID you 32,000 cash money less than 60 days prior and the car only has less than 1000 miles. I definitely will never recommend this dealer and if your smart you would not go there.. They even have an F Rating with the BBB and Claim to be the #1 dealer in Jacksonville FL! The State Attorney of Florida will be recieving notification and also other legal ramifications. BE WISE and AVOID this dealer at ALL COST or you will BE SORRY!

onChristian Beltran was our salesperson and Jonas the sales manager assisted us after a rocky start with other staff members. Christian and Jonas exemplified what total customer satisfaction and service is all about. Christian was helpful to us after the point of sale also; we forgot our allstate drive wise plug in our trade in and Christian assisted us in getting it back. I would recommend both Christian and Jonas to anyone who is looking for a car.

onI had to purchase a car due to someone else totaling my car. My wallet had no intention of purchasing a car in the near future. Due to this unexpected expense I had several criterias that had to be meet, including price. My salesman meet ever criterias plus a couple on my wish list that all went into my budget. I gave him a walk out the door price I could spend and I left not spending more than I wanted to. Everyone there was very pleasant and honest with me the whole time. From upper management to the one selling extra auto insurance at the end. They were concerned about ME and not their wallets. What a refreshing change.
