Excellent experience!

Chidozie knew the car (Honda Accord Hybrid Touring) like the back of his hand. He presented the important features of the car with excitement and passion from the exterior to the interior. When driving, he pointed out various safety features and unique aspects of the vehicle. Chidozie made the experience memorable, exciting, and fun. After the test drive, I fell in love with the car! I appreciate that Chidozie was patient, open, honest, and helpful. I have been a Honda driver for close to decade and my family members are faithful Honda owners as well. I knew I wanted to stay with the brand but had been contemplating switching over to Toyota. However, Chidozie's detailed introduction to the car and the General Service Manager, Paul's ability to listen to the parameters of my budget and make a fair offer, were compelling enough for me to want to do business with Honda of Gainesville. Additionally, I was able to do trade-in of my car without a hassle. Lastly, there was a scratch on the new car before I bought it and Chidozie was able to schedule time with auto body shop to get it repaired within a couple days. In summary, I'm pleased with customer service and fair price I received for my beautiful new car! Great work, Honda of Gainesville!

The professional manner in which Jesse listen to what we were interested in and he didn't waste time on other issues. We were really interested in mini van, however it did not meet out safety need issues offered on the Pilot. The process of Kelly and the others made it less painful on the removal of our money. Just kidding and James was a help when Jessie was busy for a brief moment and he was also very professional and knowledgeable.

I like that Jesse was hassle free. He did not hound me. I liked Paul McArthur. He was very professional and was able to remedy a problem about a broken promise to me. I was quoted 1.9% financing for 60 months on my Odyssey. On the day that I came in to finalize paperwork, I was told that I should not have been promised the 1.9% for 60 months, because the Odyssey was not part of that financing promotion. I was very upset. Everything was going so smoothly. However, Paul was able to give me a better discount on the van and increase the value they gave me for my trade in. I'm still a bit unhappy about it, but Paul did his best. I really liked the electronic signing process during the financing paperwork.

Outstanding Experience

The salesperson, James, was phenomenal. Extremely personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance person Julio went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the manager, Kelly also went out of his way to help our growing family get into a gently used Odyssey.

Michael Jones and Carley Hallof-Tisdale are a winning combination. I have never had a more pleasant car purchasing experience. They were patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic while not high pressure. The manager with whom they had me deal was also excellent. Again, informative but not high pressure.

Great Experience Leasing a 2016 Honda Accord at Gainesville Honda

Your sales reep Jesse was articulate, friendly, and professional. He knew his stuff. He showed us the difference between the 2016 Accord and our existing leased 2015 Accord. Your dealership bent over backwards to get a Honda Accord with the color we wanted from a Honda dealer in West Palm Beach. What more can I ask for!

No Games. Most of what takes so long was accomplished over the phone since I was driving about 300 miles to trade with them. So when I arrived we were done to making sure my car was in the condition as shown on the pictures I had sent. how awesome is that. Chris was great to deal with!
