Chidozie knew the car (Honda Accord Hybrid Touring) like the back of his hand. He presented the important features of the car with excitement and passion from the exterior to the interior. When driving, he pointed out various safety features and unique aspects of the vehicle. Chidozie made the experience memorable, exciting, and fun. After the test drive, I fell in love with the car! I appreciate that Chidozie was patient, open, honest, and helpful. I have been a Honda driver for close to decade and my family members are faithful Honda owners as well. I knew I wanted to stay with the brand but had been contemplating switching over to Toyota. However, Chidozie's detailed introduction to the car and the General Service Manager, Paul's ability to listen to the parameters of my budget and make a fair offer, were compelling enough for me to want to do business with Honda of Gainesville. Additionally, I was able to do trade-in of my car without a hassle. Lastly, there was a scratch on the new car before I bought it and Chidozie was able to schedule time with auto body shop to get it repaired within a couple days.
